We have gotten into the habit of referring to older teenagers as Young Adults, c.f. the Young Adult section of the library. When 15-17 think of themselves that way, there is no incentive for them to launch to actual adulthood especially since parents and children are now friends

Adult fitness is a growing part of our business. Our adults are an extremely fun group to train but I know a lot of trainers only want to work with athletes. Here’s 3 business reasons you should train adults. 👇👇 1) Less hours you need to coach. The vast majority of parents, don’t want their kids training in a large group. The vast majority of adults don’t mind training in large groups. 2) 12 months of consistent training aka cash flow..They’re not going to miss sessions because they have a game the next day or they can’t find a ride, etc… 3) They usually have sons/daughters that play sports. Most of our adults who have middle school and high school kids that play sports have their kids train with us.

I believe Kai Cenat because I’ve seen what people do when you are the one providing out of kindness. People will resent you for helping them and when you decide to put boundaries they will do the nastiest shit because all this time they actually hated you. You represented all they will never be, and this is a feeling that most humans will never experience. You need to be making big money and have no self-respect at the same time 🙏🏽 I hope Kai grows from this and understands nobody really deserves access to you and your money unless they have earn it or there is an equal exchange.
