TWICE’s 360 degree concert from the nosebleeds 🥲 The amount of formation changes and angle changes are crazy and even they had to practice everyday (around 9-10 hours) for 3 months to pull it off. BTS is probably having to work even harder because they just came back and need time to review, revise, and adjust all of their choreos -> thus starting 5 months earlier.

One of the things I’ve struggled with this year is my weight, due to a new medication. I’ve always been someone who loves food, but after going on birth control for the first time in 10+ years I gained 25 pounds in less than 3 months. The birth control was one attempt to help with my severe PMDD symptoms, but sadly it didn’t work AND caused my cravings to skyrocket. After doing a full 3 month test my doctor and I decided to try other treatment options for PMDD. A big reason for that decision was because my body fat percentage was quickly nearing 40% and was starting to cause other health issues. I’ll be completely honest, I lost a lot of motivation in the months after gaining the weight. It became seemingly impossible to get back to where I was just 6 months ago. How could it go downhill so quickly? I am proud to report, however, that after 3 months of changing my mindset and focusing on myself I have lost 7 of those 25 pounds. I am finally going to the gym consistently again, eating the correct amount of calories per meal (except on big film days 😅), and have been spending more time with people who lift me up. I still have a long way to go, but for the first time in over a year I’m really starting to feel like myself again. Thank you to all of you who’ve been on this wild and incredible journey with me all these years 😘

After you people locked her up in a room and refused her to even go and see her father. She could not talk to anyone. Your stupid church pastor told her God has healed her and that she should return 2 million naira back to the church from her donation money, he said the 2 million is the amount the church donated for her dialysis. She asked the Pastor to send evidence of the 2 million that he claims belongs to the church and he could not. Next thing the church said the money people sent to her is cursed. That the same thing killed her mother. When she’s with the pastor and her husband she has to pretend to her friends that the Agbo and prayers were working, but she confided in a few people. Even cried that she wants to go meet her father and the husband shouted her down. Your stupid friend and the Pastor told her she doesn’t need dialysis and even when her boss from work offered to give her 500,000 every month for 3 month’s dialysis, she couldn’t take the money because the boss requested for hospital evidence breakdown after every dialysis for the 3 months he’d pay and she didn’t want her boss to know she stopped dialysis because of her husband and the stupid church. People were willing to help. Don’t come on my post to say trash because if you and her stupid husband and his family piss me off, even the devil will scream blood of Jesus by the time I am done with all of you.

To say that 3 months ago I went from -3k -> 5.6k -> 23k to now is just so amazing for me. Im happy with the turnout of every single day as well as I can't thank 67FnF anymore and all the boys that are in there 30-1 pretty damn happy and my 1 off day is the day after I ended a 4-year relationship so i'm happy to say I kept my head down and kept grinding.
