Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks is known for being one of the greatest adventure games of all time, but what a lot of people missed was its unique PvP mode. This game gave you the ability to get very creative with combos and there was nobody better at showcasing this than CHECK. These short clips demonstrate the many different ways you can build your combos and how you can use the stages to alter your combo routes. This was just a fun game mode that was never taken seriously by players, but it is cool to see how much detail went into it and how much the systems inside it allowed you to express yourself. If we get a 3D Kollection, including this game is an absolute must. This game is what you would refer to as "lightning in a bottle".

Oliver Anthony gives an incredible breakdown of what’s going on in Western North Carolina where many people have reported the lack of aid from agencies, saying “it almost seemed like the officials there DIDNT want people to be rescued and it was very odd; it was like a power struggle between the people there of who’s going to be in control of helping the people instead of actually helping the people.” “I wanted to tell you a spark notes version since everyone has been asking.”

Populous II by Bullfrog (1991). This was a great example of how a sequel should be: bigger, better graphics, and more features, while keeping the core concept untouched. For a 35-year-old game, Populous II holds up remarkably well. The only thing that feels a little dated from a modern perspective is the relatively small world screen (the actual game area), which takes up roughly half the display. There's a lot of "dead space" around it that could have been used. I sometimes wonder if this was done for performance reasons - meaning a smaller active area with all the game action happening was easier on the hardware and made the game smoother and faster. My technical skills are far too limited to understand it, but I've often wondered the same about other games with plenty of dead space.

I think Jason Herzog is one of the very best referees in the business, but that was awful refereeing. There's no reason for that fight to have continued. I thought that was horrific. Look at Derrick Lewis x Tallison Teixeira just a couple of weeks ago. How do you stop that fight and let this one go on? How does that happen? Both fighters have incredible heart, but that fight should have been stopped in the first round. It was very uncomfortable to watch and I just thought it was unnecessary. And yes, Herzog is getting a lot of heat, and it's justified, but what about Mohammad Yahya's corner? Why didn't they step in?

Optically, they stole the 2020 Election. They were unsuccessful. If they had been successful, we would not be here right now. They were allowed to proceed with certain guardrails in place to keep us out of WW3 and to not let the country fall past the point of no return. The people were too divided. The people were too brainwashed. There would have been a civil war. The four year pause was the only way. Biden was the red pill needed. Was it a show? A lot of it was, yes. Did it come with real life consequences? Yes, which is why I refuse to say it was all a show. It’s time for the difficult truths to be revealed, and people can accept it or reject it, but the truth is still the truth. In my opinion, the first difficult truth to learn is that Trump won the 2020 election, and the world will soon know.
