The neighbor obviously overreacted but it is illegal to ride motorbikes on the street . It’s also a danger to other kids as well as motorists driving on the block . Not to mention the noise generated . It’s not the same as a lawn mower. It’s 2 lawnmowers for hours at a time possibly every day .

Those motorbikes aren't legal to be allowed in the street. Parent is negligent for allowing it and lucky the kids weren't hit by a vehicle. Neighbor shouldn't be involved, that's what the police are for.

Take your annoying fking motorbikes to a dirt track or out in those mountains. The father of those kids ought to have more respect for his neighbors. My guess is he knows how annoying and illegal it is and doesn’t care.
