The War Department's “2026 National Defense Strategy," is no imminent threat from Iran. It assesses (p. 11) that after the US and Israeli strikes last year, Iran is “weaker and more vulnerable that it has been in decades,” that Iran’s nuclear program has been “obliterated, and that Iran now has to "reconstitute" it's "conventional military forces." It does not identify the need for any action against Iran.

I’d prefer they second guess @POTUS on his decision to execute on Operation Epic Fury Rather than second guess @POTUS as to why he didn’t prevent them setting off a nuclear bomb after the fact…. No one outside @POTUS and @SecWar have all the facts of the matter as it pertains to ANY country in the world, including and especially to the bad actors such as Iran… So they can second guess all they want… Personally, I’d rather trust their decision based on a classified full picture than my, publicly available, limited view of that picture.
