Well said. I, too, believe in liberal values - including LGBT rights - in the sense that I've always been a "live and let live" guy. I can have theological differences with people, but I want to see them thrive and be able to choose their destiny - just like myself. Today, I might not agree with everything on the right, but I certainly will not vote Democrat - a party that has fully embraced far-left ideas like Marxism and yes - excused and even in some cases embrace Islamism. As for the antisemites amongst them, they just choose to ignore it (unless it's just empty talk, which happens a lot). Good for you. Oh - and lastly, when I see some Dems openly cheering for the Islamist mullah regime in Iran - it makes me want to punch the wall.

I was a classical liberal from the 1960s to the 1980s. My views haven't changed but I'm a far right fascist today.
