Here is Yasmin Vossoughian Reports talking to someone inside Iran. This is journalism, not what CNN is doing by sending Frederik Pleitgen to Iran as journalist who is controlled by the regime and only reports regime propaganda narratives. Also, this is for the “Pahlavi has no support in Iran” & “no one knows who Pahlavi is in Iran” crowd. Even in this clip, our brother inside Iran clearly says people support Reza Pahlavi and need someone like him. You do not have to “want war” to understand why many Iranians believe the regime cannot be defeated by bare hands against Basij, and the IRGC. No sane Iranian wants to see their homeland bombed, but the blame for where we are belongs first and foremost to the Islamic Republic, not to Iranians in the diaspora and not to Iranians inside Iran who believe outside help is necessary. We heard the same arguments during the June 2025 war, and I told y’all, if the regime survives more Iranians will be killed than you can imagine. Less than a year later, 32k+ Iranians were killed in the regime’s own crackdown as I called it. Compare that to the numbers during these two wars, which include high rate of IRGC & regime officials. I asked Sec Rubio about claims that the U.S. provided weapons to Kurdish groups to pass on to the Iranian people something Kurdish parties deny. Sec. Rubio didn’t directly confirm any transfer. Grijalva: The frustration for me is that it seems as if Speaker Johnson is not willing to swear me in because our politics are a little different, or because I’m going to be the 218th signer—he can just continue to drag this along with no end in sight. That is not a foundation of our democracy. Why haven't the Iranian people come out to protest yet after the joint military operations by Israel and the United States against the Islamic Republic? I keep getting this question from journalists who view the current quiet as a failure. They completely misunderstand the situation. It was clearly communicated by Prince Reza Pahlavi that the time to come out has not arrived. In my interview with Benita Levin on i24NEWS English, I explained that the only time the people of Iran become concerned is when the sounds of explosions are heard less often or are stopped. They are worried that Israel and America leave this job unfinished, which we know is not going to happen. The regime’s entire navy and air defence forces have been completely destroyed and their top commanders including the supreme leader have been eliminated. There’s not a lot left of this regime. The Iranian people are impatiently waiting for the Basij forces who are stationed in checkpoints, and the regime’s eulogists, reciters and preachers who are responsible for brainwashing the oppressive forces of the regime, to all be targeted and eliminated. Regarding the question on the role of Mr Pahlavi, I stated that President Trump’s advisors are very accurate in their assessment. Mr Pahlavi is the leader of his own followers, who are monarchists. If you look at the situation inside of Iran, it is a totally different story. Iran is a vastly diverse country, many of whom reject the leadership of Mr Pahlavi. Therefore, I stated that if one individual claims to be the central figure to unify all these diversities and claim to play the role of a leader for the entirety of Iran, he is either the current oppressor, or is one who will become the oppressor of these diverse groups. The only way forward is one that is based on a legal framework that ensures all diversities play a decisive role from day one, not a plan centred around an individual, an ideology or vague promises. #IRGCterrorists
