So.. I am a residential counselor and I worked mostly with autistic kids. Hear me out.. generally autistic kids can not articulate all that with clear instructions for the rest of us as to what all her gadgets are and are for. She is not autistic and probably barely aspergers. She is an attention seeker who probably has deeper family rooted issues. Possibly abandoned or neglected by parents who didn't care to see her school art or even hear her talk. More common to have a parent push a dual diagnosis to get extra money from the state. Then the kid becomes an adult who thinks they're broken😒

We’ve raised adult children. This is embarrassing. Just having autism doesn’t make you incapable of being a normal adult. She’s living behind excuses.

This is all solvable if we bring back and encourage bullying.

My son is 12, he’s on the spectrum. We don’t allow this. We’ve known he was touched with the tism since around age 2. We still have expectations of him for how he behaves in public. We have identified his weaknesses and we practice things that make him uncomfortable. We tell him over and over and over. I’ll be damned if he needs “communication” cards. This isn’t autism. This is a sad pathetic individual that is attention seeking.

I hate how our autistic ppl got caught up in a lot of this stupid insane shit. They weren’t raised right per their autism. A lot of the trans— are autistic ppl. They’ve falling victim MASSIVELY— to the system 😭😭 As someone who has an autistic brother & nephew— I hate seeing them being taken advantage of like this. It truly hurts my heart. It’s one thing when they’re just normal freaks & retards— it’s another thing when they’re autistic 🥺

Tax dollars will have to pay for this retard to live for the next 50 years because she is too mentally f’d up to do anything productive like work a job.

Someone just needs to invest the time into finding out what that is.

Am I weird to think that most of this is okay? Maybe the communication cards are much but fidget toys, earbuds for music and earbuds for noise canceling, hand sanitizer, some charms, etc is completely normal. Let this person just live. Them doing this is not effecting anyone.

My child is on the spectrum and we dont do this...in fact I wont allow it..my daughter knows better but also knows she is different...the world wont give a fuck she has the tism...teaching them the world gives a shit is the problem...making them strong is the solution!!

In 2004, I was in 5th grade, we had 1 autistic kid between 5 classrooms of 4th and 5th grade students. He was cool as fuck. Just really awkward in groups. How did these people multiply and turn into whatever this is.
