And that is: ultimately, VanEck has been around before Bitcoin. We will walk away from Bitcoin if we think the thesis is fundamentally broken. Bitcoin is censorship resistant. Nobody can freeze it or stop you from using it. But that doesn't stop the state from seizing your known holdings. Wealth taxes, unrealized gains taxes, whatever name they put on it. His thesis: crypto was built as a rebellion against a system being controlled and manipulated. Then Bitcoin took off 80% while NASDAQ gained just 7-8%. "Right now you are at peak fear for crypto. But you are starting euphoria on stocks."
