People saying Rappa is bad cannot be playing the same Honkai Star Rail. This character is cracked. Lv1 talents btw (solely for testing purposes) & she clears Hoolay in 1-2c depending on the team. Why are so many people doomposting her worse than Topaz again? lol

i havent really looked much into her but she doesnt have weakness implant right? kinda holds her back imo but i could be wrong, seems like the content has to be catered to her although when it is she seems really good.

Nah, it only holds her back if you’re purposely putting her against IMG RES enemies or something. Even then, we’re at a point in the game now where we have checks/answers to that. Hoolay isn’t ING weak, but she still outperforms most current teams today.

1) exo toughness, this patch is very great for her. Imagine other patches without break buffs. 2) ff is way more consistent and more sustainable(destruction base stats, ultimate spd increase and talent) 3) your supports are carrying her like crazy(same case for ff and boothill)
