Now think about what has happened over the last five years. We have heard complaints from pioneers about their inability to use the biometrics feature to sign into their wallet while transacting on Pailot. We know that this issue is not just faced on the Pailot platform alone, but also across other apps in the ecosystem, and the problem is not from the applications. The problem is from pioneers not setting up their fingerprint or face ID login in their wallet initially, or their device not supporting such use of biometrics. So in order to help pioneers enable their biometrics, we have created this short explainer video to guide pioneers in setting up fingerprint/Face ID biometrics.
