The way she acted in this event, it seems that not even Don Quixote has any idea that she is a bloodfiend (when she is with Rocinante). Also, she killed the bloodfiend for breaking a rule, there's no guarantee she'd help in any other fight.

Says she doesn't have a pure heart, so they're diving into what she's hiding, ie bloodfiend. Then she responds in a much deeper voice than normal. Which is also likely the tone she speaks in when she morbs. So its showing that there's another side to her we haven't seen.
