I was stationed in dc. When it happened. I remember driving past the pentagon thinking theres no way that hole was made by a plane. That’s the year i started waking up.

I’ve been in construction for 35 years and have some understanding of Engineering. I’ve studied the plans for the buildings. First off, fire and steel don’t mix structurally. IF THERE WAS NO FIRE THE BUILDINGS WOULDN’T HAVE FALLEN. Secondly the floors should’ve had bearing underneath their floor trusses that extend all the way to the footing, not just welded to the interior of the walls on brackets that would’ve made a huge difference right there, but the design didn’t allow for this. The floors sitting on welded brackets is the main reason why you see the pancake effect. Each floor being 40,000 ft.² with an approximate weight of 3,200,000lbs each times, let’s say approximately 16 floors (north tower) that’s 51,200,000 lbs or 23223.929 tonnes increasing as it hits each floor, all crushing down on the floors below hence the runaway affect. Sorry to burst anyone’s bubble but the way the buildings fell makes complete sense. You’ll never see another skyscraper built with that same exterior tube design.
