Rich Paul believes Giannis can win a championship in Miami because they have a strong system: “Giannis will win a championship as the biggest name in a system like Miami if they’re able to get the right pieces… The Miami Heat system is the triangle effect 2.0. When you play in the Heat system, don’t you realize all those guys who come out of the Heat system, they’re different out of the Heat system? — if the Heat can somehow construct the right guys around Giannis and Bam, it’s a team game. As long as Giannis is able too make the right reads in real time… Defensively forget about it. They have on of the best defensive lineups right now.” (Via Game Over)

One of the most fearless competitors the league has had. Things didn’t end how they were supposed to in Miami but Jimmy Butler gave Heat fans the best memories we had and there really is no telling when we will get back to that level again. Hell of a career, 22. Miami. Heat. Legend. 💔🕊️

For 2026, the best way forward is "TOO BIG TO RIG" SCOTUS let the country down. There's no denying that. But it's not like things got *WORSE*... Things just didn't get *BETTER*... It's merely the status quo. Same rules that we had in 2024... And we had a historic WIN in 2024. Don't forget that. "Too big to rig" is the way. We can be frustrated, but don't let that frustration turn into demoralization. Stay in the fight. We have communists to beat. If you're concerned about fraud, I am too... Let's counter it by bringing more people to the polls with us. Onwards and upwards.

Greg Locke's accusations against Kenneth Copeland and Joel Osteen are too serious to ignore. I don't share this in a lighthearted way. If children are in danger and victims are left undefended then those who can do something should do something. If Greg is telling the truth, then he can do something. If he is lying, he needs to publicly admit it. But I've learned too much over the past year and a half to just ignore such strong accusations accompanied by claims that Greg has proof to back them up. Pastor Greg Locke

Norman Powell on the Heat new starting lineup with Tyler Herro 😬 “We played a certain way for a while. We had Pelle in the starting lineup. We went the two big lineup playing games and playing off one another. Then another guy comes back in Tyler who’s a scorer and can really boost your offense and everybody has to adjust…. Rotations is different, usage is different. It’s all about having some time to build that cohesiveness” (Via Miami HEAT)

Gilbert Arenas GOES IN on “Heat Culture” 😳 “Miami when it comes to Ja brand is the only place that makes sense, but I don’t think him and the Pat Riley mindset can co exist right now. You ran off Jimmy Butler, ran off D Wade and LeBron James. You have a disguised system, but it works. —The system is I get one of the top 5 players in history, they help me win, when they leave, Heat Culture. I get to whip them boys and use the ring I let the superstars get doing it his way then I get to beat everybody else into this Heat Culture system — When Shaq got there, there’s no Heat Culture. Shaq, GP, Posey, Walker, D Wade, doing whatever they wanted to do. If Heat Culture is building a barbershop in the strip club because you’re there so much god damn it sign me up! They won a chip, when they left, Heat Culture! Didn’t win nothing. Then LeBron came, LeBron did it his way, when yall had a bump, he left. Then it became Heat Culture. The only superstar who thrived with that mediocre basketball talent they had was Jimmy Butler.” (Via Gilbert Arenas)

Dan Orlovsky: “If Christian McCaffrey has 35 touches, 200 all-purpose yards and they have 2 or so takeaways then I think they can hang.” Mike Greenberg: “I’m taking San Francisco solely because of the Adam Schefter theory. You said it last week at this table, no one thinks the Cowboys have any chance to play with the Packers, next thing you know they were right there at the end. This game in every way suggests the 49ers should have no chance, which is exactly why for some reason they’ll find a way to win.” 🎥: Get Up

Hillary Clinton: “It’s ridiculous that we would be looking at ways of limiting voters, but that’s the only way they can win. They can’t win a fair fight which is why Trump is so obsessed with stealing voter rolls and purging voters and making up ridiculous claims about people not eligible as citizens for voting which that is so vanishingly non-existent, it’s laughable. His Republican Party, which has become a cult answering only to him, can’t win a fair fight”

🇺🇸 Robert Barnes's read: the U.S. can't sustain this campaign past Labor Day without either a draft or a deal. Barnes, a constitutional lawyer tracking the internal White House fight, says the people who pushed for this war are losing the argument. And the people who warned against it are back in the room. His argument is about the clock. The window to leave with something that can be called a win is closing faster than the public has registered. Draft, deal, or grind on with neither. Which one does Trump pick? Robert Barnes

Max Kellerman & Rich Paul compare LeBron going to Miami to KD going to Golden State: “The closest thing LeBron ever did to being anti competitive was the best situation. Even though they didn’t win all 4, 2 of the best 4 players in the world playing together on the same team, and adding another high level all star to a Pat Riley team. It rubbed people the wrong way. Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, & Paul pierce have less value on a basketball court combined than LeBron James, wade, and Chris Bosh. And it’s not that close. So that’s not the same as LeBron going to Miami. - Can you name a championship team that did not have somewhere between 2+ juggernaut of talents? Dating back to the 80’s? The Heat didn’t have a strong center but respectfully if you have LeBron James, Wade, & Bosh back then Dean could start at center you’re going to win a lot of games.” - Max Kellerman Rich Paul

Jannik Sinner says he will do everything possible to improve his ability to play in the heat, ‘Every player has their own small problems… Maybe this is mine’ “As someone who’s also a red head with pale skin who struggles in the heat, I’m wondering if you think it’s something that’s always gonna be tough for you on some level genetically?” Jannik: “We don’t know… as I said before the tournament, physically I feel good.. Mentally also… And the only thing at times you can do is fight. Let’s see. For sure it’s an area where I’d love to improve. There’s a reason why I go to the gym every day. Trying to get better, but at the same time, every player has their own small problems. Maybe this is mine. You don’t know. For sure there is room to improve.. which I’m quite sure we will do everything possible to improve in a positive way, then we see how it goes.” (via Australian Open Press)

Swalwell: If a young woman in Florida, where a six-week ban is now law, can get up today and find her way through, we can too. And if a soldier in a trench in eastern Ukraine, who just saw their best ally walk away, can keep fighting, we can too. And if a high school student, who’s going to school today in a country that arms mass shooters to the teeth, can get through it, we can too. It doesn’t feel good to lose—it sucks. I hate it, and I hate what this winner says about our country and the people who make it great, but we have work to do. We’ve dealt with this guy before; he’s a one-term president coming in and in serious cognitive decline. We’re not helpless—we’re privileged to be among those who can do something.

Doug Gottlieb says Lebron never cared about the Lakers, the Heat, the Cavaliers or Anybody else but himself or his inner circle: "Lebron has never cared about Laker fans or being a Laker, He clearly doesnt care about being a Miami Heat, and doesnt care about Cleveland because he left twice. And conducting such a meeting and allowing your agent with a firm that you started to tweet out that picture showing that youre trying to do harm to the league that helped make you a billionare, shows that Lebron only cares about the relationships of people he knew in high school" Doug Gottlieb is spot on, Lebron has only ever been about himself, left cleveland after promising to bring a title to win an easy ring with wade and bosh, then left the heat to go to the cavs again without letting wade or bosh know like the spineless backstabbing coward hes always been, then left cleveland a 2nd time after promising to retire there, turned his back on Westbrook and had AD traded while pretending he didnt know about it. This fraud is a straight disloyal 🤡 (Via The Dreamerspro Show on Youtube)

Sandro Mamukelashvili on what his priorities are if he decides to become a free agent this summer: “I think a lot of people don’t know this, but last year, I got offered a lot of money to play for other teams.” “To me, the main priority is: I’m a basketball player, I’m a competitor, I want to win, and I want to be part of something.” “This summer will be the same thing, kind of understanding where I fit best, and what role I can play. Hopefully, it’s going to be here.” “I really want to be back. I love Toronto, I love the people, I love the organization, and coach Darko. I think he was a guy who gave me a chance to go out there and be myself.” “I really believe that there is so much more I can do and better I can get.” “I think the main thing is, understanding that I belong here, and I can be an NBA player, NBA rotational guy. I just want to keep it that way, and I want the best possible way to go out there and get better next year.”

PRIORITIZE SINGLE LEG STRENGTH❗️ Squat & Deadlift do NOT always have to be your main lower body lifts. There are plenty of ways to get strong. Here are some MAJOR benefits of prioritizing single leg lifts: 1️⃣ Exposes strength & balance inefficiencies & inequalities. Strong on 2 legs doesn’t mean strong on 1 leg.. Strong on each leg does mean strong on 2 legs. I’ve seen enough strong squats & deadlifts get buried with single leg exercises. Typically isn’t true the other way around. 2️⃣ Less back pain. Regardless of their technique, some athletes experience back pain from squatting & deadlifting. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SQUAT OR DEADLIFT TO GET STRONG… Single leg exercises can alleviate that pain. Less load, similar intensities, similar benefits. 3️⃣ “Sports are played on 1 leg.” I’ve heard this plenty of times and there is definitely a ton of truth to it. Movements are very single leg dependent. Sprinting, stopping, changing direction, jumping, landing. Single leg training can be the key to higher performance and less risk for injury. 4️⃣ Less learning curve. Beginners can immediately reap the rewards of single leg training because of how easy it is to implement. Something as simple as sitting on a bench and standing up using 1 leg is challenging for someone who has never done it. No bar on the back, no picking up weight, no teaching hip hinge.. Simple single leg training will buy athletes time to train while simultaneously improving squat and deadlift technique.
