i wish this wasn’t real, but bro!! this was my experience just this morning, this was someone i took on a date last week of december, we were meant to meet up again, but she had to leave for service(in the east) on her arrival we couldn’t talk, i texted her on snap(see first media) but she didn’t reply, two days later i texted her on whatsapp and the message didn’t tick twice, it was then i realized something is wrong, i had to call her, she explained to that her phone got bad on her arrival, she asked me for financial assistance, i sent her the money to fix the phone, days later she didn’t mention anything about the phone, then i had to ask her during one of our conversation, it was then she told me that “it’s a panel issue, it cant be fixed anymore” i sympathized with her then continued our conversation, days later she asked for another money for the same phone fixing, i explained my current situation to her, i told her about the expenses on me and i can’t spend anymore money out of budget, she grumbled and sighed, i had to apologize to her lol, just two days back i noticed she reposted a post on her ticktock and the message on whatsapp finally ticked twice, i asked her on call if she has fixed the phone, she said no, saying that the money i sent won’t be enough since it’s panel issue, i said okay,( though i was suspicious but i didn’t make a big deal out of it) lo and behold i came across her tiktok page with a new post(content) i asked her about the phone and this was her response(last media), i deleted her number and blocked her.💔💔💔

Rosie passed on Saturday 4 weeks ago Rose had surgery that resulted in her cancer coming out of remission. In Somalia, when someone close to you dies, it is customary for family members especially women to wear white during the mourning period and at the ceremonies. This is different from what you see in many other places, where people wear black to show they are grieving. In Somali tradition, white stands for purity and the soul’s journey to the next life, so it is what people wear to honor the person who has passed away. But for Somalis living abroad, things can get complicated. I remember when I was a kid, my mother’s best friend lost her husband. Instead of wearing white like she would have back home, she wore black. I was confused because it did not seem right, so I asked her about it. She told me that because they were living in a diaspora community, wearing white would just confuse the people around her. Her neighbors would not understand why someone who was mourning would be dressed in white clothes. In the place where they lived, black was what people expected to see when someone had died. So, to avoid having to explain herself or having people misunderstand her grief, she decided to wear black instead. My cat caught a house mouse (I think) and brought it inside. (Ironically) It was injured so I was able to catch it. I was going to let it go, but you know, injuries. Felt obligated to help it. We have existing rodent supplies in storage so we are going to see what we can do.

This woman was going out and decided to pull into a dark road on the side of the highway that doesn’t get much traffic. She pulls her car over and gets sets up a camera and gets out so that she could do a “fit check” to make sure her outfit looks nice. There was a man who was walking away from her, as soon as she turned her back, he turned around and started walking towards her. She should have been more aware of what was happening around her. I think the man was hoping she would stick around longer, that’s why he turned back around. Wouldn’t you pick a more busy place to do something like this instead of a remote road away from traffic. In college sometimes I was working some odd jobs to make ends meet so I didn’t have to take out a loan. That meant sometimes I was walking back to the apartment at night, most of the time it was busy and there were people still walking around in the middle of the night, getting food or trying to make it home. It was a colder night than usual, the fall goat was warning me that winter was coming. Colder nights meant less people out and about. On the way home I was going to swing by the corner store to grab something to eat so I wouldn’t have to cook. As I was walking out I saw that there were a group of people at the corner, just hanging out and having a smoke, it was dark and I couldn’t see how many there was. I turned around and went back into the store. I let the clerk know and he looked out to see what was going on and he saw them too. He said to be careful because sometimes gang members like to hang out by that corner. I couldn’t call the police because they technically weren’t doing anything but I wasn’t about to find out either. I ended up waiting until they left about 15 minutes later.c then I proceeded to walk home, but not without looking behind me to make sure I wasn’t being followed.

Today was the day. I gifted my mother $10,000. Something I dreamed of in the start of my trading journey. My parents have always been there for me. At first they didn’t believe in my journey, yet still they supported me. I promised them MULTIPLE TIMES that I was going to take care of them, yet the only thing they did was laugh it off. Yet here we are. Why do I trade? To provide to my family and to the ones that supported me. To achieve all the goals that 18 year old me set out to achieve. I was lost, yet I didn’t stop because I knew that I had bigger things planned for me. Was it hard? Absolutely. Was it worth it? Absolutely. After 3 years of putting the work in, I became profitable, and now, 5 years in, I’m able to provide to myself and my family…and that’s the only thing I care about.

I recorded my active 3D glasses using my phone, and I was surprised to see the lenses flickering in the video. They don't appear to flicker like this while watching the movie, but the phone camera captures it because of how active 3D glasses work. I also noticed that when I brought my phone very close to the glasses, the flickering became even more noticeable. Found it pretty interesting! #SpiderManBrandNewDay
