Knowing what people are really up to is just frustrating because you can't call them out on it. They'll deny everything and make you look judgmental and psychotic. And that's when they know their own patterns. Half the time, they don't realise what they are doing/tolerating, and will spray their righteous indignation with a flamethrower at you for suggesting such things. It becomes easier for empaths to think we are imagining the behaviors we see emerging from others because there is no reward for noticing. It doesn't protect us in any way. Going along with the self-destruct sequences of other people is unpleasant, but less so than pointless fights that ruin the relationships anyway. Even when the patterns play out just as predicted, it incites hatred for having known it early, or worse, saying you helped initiate the pattern yourself. You can't win. The only safety is in distance. Solitude.

As an introvert, I can understand this video. Maybe not to these extremes, but overall, yes. Most introverts can understand this. Its why we spend so much time alone and thrive in that time. Our isolation is comfort away from the noise and chaos.
