Peptides sound cutting-edge. The evidence says otherwise. 1. Zero randomized human trials proving peptides are effective or even safe 2. Documented side effects include severe nausea, facial flushing, and cases of kidney failure 3. 40 percent of the tested products contained wrong doses or undeclared ingredients 4. Peptide imports...

BPC-157 and TB-500 are two of the most talked-about peptides in fitness, bodybuilding, and biohacking. Together they’re often called the “Wolverine Stack” — a peptide combination rumored to dramatically accelerate healing of tendons, ligaments, muscles, and injuries. But do BPC-157 and TB-500 actually work in humans, or is the Wolverine Stack just another example of internet bro-science? In this evidence-based deep dive, Dr. Alex Tatem (board-certified urologist and men’s health specialist) breaks down the real science behind BPC-157 and TB-500 — including their biochemical mechanisms, animal research, potential healing effects, safety concerns, and why pharmaceutical companies have never brought these peptides through full FDA clinical trials. We explore the nitric oxide signaling, angiogenesis, VEGF pathways, actin regulation, and tissue repair biology behind these compounds and explain why rodent studies look promising — but why human clinical evidence is still extremely limited. You’ll also learn about: • What BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) actually is • TB-500 vs Thymosin Beta-4 explained • The origin of the Wolverine Stack peptide protocol • Peptides for tendon healing and ligament injuries • BPC-157 for gut healing and musculoskeletal repair • TB-500 and actin-mediated tissue regeneration • Why most peptide research comes from one Croatian research group • The patent law problem preventing pharmaceutical development • Real risks of grey-market peptide contamination • Why WADA bans BPC-157 and TB-500 in competitive athletes • Theoretical cancer risks related to angiogenesis • What the current scientific literature actually shows If you've ever searched: “Does BPC-157 work?” “What is TB-500?” “Peptides for healing injuries” “BPC-157 tendon repair” “Wolverine Stack peptides explained” — this video breaks down the science. The peptides may be promising. But promise and proof are not the same thing. Drop a comment below: Have you ever used BPC-157, TB-500, or other peptides? What was your experience? 👍 Like the video if you want more evidence-based breakdowns of supplements, PEDs, and peptides. YOU ALL GONNA BE EXCITED WITH THIS ONE, YOU CAN NOW GET A RELIABLE source of PEPTIDES FROM MYSELF FOLLOW SUPREME PEPTIDES AND WATCH THIS GROW, PEOPLE KNOW THEY CAN TRUST ME. BENEFITS BELOW ⬇️ Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. Different peptides have very different effects, so the benefits depend entirely on which peptide you’re referring to. Here are some of the most commonly discussed peptide categories and their potential benefits: Healing and Recovery * BPC-157 – Often promoted for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut healing. * TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) – May support tissue repair and reduce recovery time after injury. * Potential benefits: * Faster recovery from injuries * Improved wound healing * Reduced inflammation (evidence in humans is limited) Muscle Growth and Performance * CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin – Stimulate the body’s release of growth hormone. * Potential benefits: * Increased lean muscle mass * Better recovery after exercise * Improved sleep * Possible reduction in body fat Weight Loss * Tirzepatide and Semaglutide * Potential benefits: * Reduced appetite * Significant weight loss * Improved blood sugar control in people with diabetes Skin and Anti-Ageing * GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) * Potential benefits: * Improved skin elasticity * Reduced appearance of fine lines * May promote hair growth * Supports wound healing Sexual Health * PT-141 (Bremelanotide) * Potential benefits: * Increased sexual desire in some people * Used for certain forms of low sexual desire Immune Function * Thymosin Alpha-1 * Potential benefits: * Supports immune system function * Studied in certain infections and cancers Are peptides safe? It depends on the peptide and how it’s used.

We’re bringing this back bc You have people SEETHING behind the scenes bc they SWORE they were in control of your relationships, your cash flow, your visibility, your forward movement and for a lot of you -!your self perception bc they thought they had damaged you enough to make you want to give up ALL HOPE on yourself and they’re PISSED bc not only did you survive all the attempts to destroy you- you came out on the other side bigger and better than ever. They thought they would be able to traumatize you and get into your head and pluck on certain wounds forever not realizing that by isolating you all they did was give you the time and space to MASTER yourself. You LOOK better, FEEL better, are doing BETTER THAN EVER && have blossomed right in front of the very ppl who thought they buried you. They CANT FATHOM this level of self love, self acceptance and self awareness bc while they were trying to put you down, you took the time to put the work in. You are unstoppable, irresistible and unfuckwithable and the folks who thought they ruled your life are realizing how insignificant they truly are. They were just a catalyst. It doesn’t matter what they want for you- if GOD says that it’s for you… you WILL have it and there is no one who can halt, stop, delay or swap your blessings any longer. You deserve EVERYTHING good that is about to happen to you so don’t question it. &&& for these folks in the back? LET THEM WATCH. I love you🌿 PS.. excuse my French it’s the passion 😭

🚨 Vaccines may not be appropriate for Humans now? Reallly? Major Safety Concerns with Covid Vaccines amid the Discovery of Billions of DNA Fragments in both Pfizer and Moderna Vaccines 🔴 How do these “Vaccines” Impact Humans? — Healthy human genes are being transformed into cancerous cells — Causes chromosomal instability — It effects of other parts of the body, such as the heart, brain, lungs, and the injection site 🔴 The Explosion of Cancer — Cancer in young people have exploded — Young people dying of cancer at explosive rates — 2024– more than 2 million new cancer cases expected 🔴 FL Surgeon General, Joseph Ladapo sent these concerns to the CDC & FDA in a letter. The FDA and the CDC has completely ignored him and these findings. — “if the risks of DNA integration with Covid Vaccines cannot be addressed, the vaccines are not appropriate for the use in humans.” 🔴 LISTEN closely to what a “Doctor” says….. “We’ve introduced new medications that we were told it’s very safe and very effective, and they’ve turned out not to be safe or effective… there’s a lot of birth defects, things like that…” This should tell you that the majority of doctors don’t have a damn clue and you should not listen to a thing your they say if it involves prescription drugs or vaccines… These are not doctors… these are drug dealers for big Pharma who blindly prescribe things to their patients operating off the checklists the NIH, FDA, and CDC provide. If thought were independent of language, we wouldn’t have any use for language, because the whole point of language is to convey ideas. So it’s not independent, but it’s not the same thing as language. We know it’s not the same thing for many reasons. One of them is: how would children learn language to begin with if they were incapable of thinking until they had language? The way that language acquisition has to work is that children have some understanding of the world, of the objects around them, of the intentions of the people that they interact with, and they map them onto the sequences of sounds and gestures that they perceive. Also, we know that there are many forms of thought that are not linguistic, such as visual imagery, spatial cognition, and mental maps, all of which are specialties of Professor Tversky, who I’m sure will enlighten us about those. Even when it comes to the content of language, what we take away after the words have faded is the gist of language, not the words themselves. Within a few seconds after I stop speaking, or a few minutes after you’ve read something, you probably could not reproduce a single sentence verbatim, but hopefully you would come away with the content, the meaning, the gist. And one of the most robust findings in our field, cognitive psychology, is that long-term memory for gist is far more robust than memory for text itself. We know from studies of the brain that there are networks of language in the brain that are not the same as the parts of the brain that light up when people are thinking visually, thinking spatially, or thinking in terms of motion. Again, to go back to one of Professor Tversky’s specializations, we can imagine tying a shoe; we can imagine diving off a board. We have auditory imagery—a song can run through our head—and there are probably other forms of thought that we don’t even have names for. We also know that we sometimes struggle to put our thoughts into words. We write down a sentence, and we realize, no, that’s not what I meant, and rewrite it until the sentence comes out right. Jordan Peterson on why the most boring parts of your day are actually the most important: 1. The reason to improve yourself is not some casual self-help aspiration. It is to stop suffering more stupidly than you have to. And to stop making the people around you suffer more stupidly than they have to. Peterson's framing: if you do not organize yourself properly you will pay for it in a big way. And so will everyone near you. That is not a motivational poster. It is a warning. 2. Start by looking around for something that bothers you and fixing it. Sit in your room and ask genuinely: if i had ten minutes to make this place better, what would i do. not as a command. as a real question. Things will pop out. The stack of papers that has been bugging you. The cables behind the monitor you have ignored for six months. the dust. fix those things. Fix a hundred things like that and your life will look completely different. 3. Fix the things you repeat every day first. People treat their daily routines as trivial. getting up, brushing teeth, breakfast, the same small habits. Peterson says those routines probably constitute fifty percent of your life. The things you do every day are the most important things you do. The arithmetic is obvious once you do it. Neglecting them because they feel mundane is exactly backwards. 4. Do not try to fix things outside your domain of competence. If you are walking down the street and see a man who is alcoholic, schizophrenic, and has been homeless for ten years, that is a problem. But mucking around in it will not help him and will very likely hurt you. You have to have humility. You do not walk up to a broken helicopter and start tinkering. Find what you can actually fix and fix that. 5. As soon as you give your mind a genuine aim, it reconfigures the world around that aim. This is not metaphor. It is how perception works. The famous gorilla experiment: people watching basketball players pass a ball, miss a gorilla walking through the middle of the frame because they were told to count passes. You see what you aim at. The world manifests itself differently depending on what you are looking for. If the world is manifesting itself negatively the first question to ask is whether you are aiming at the right thing.

While trans activists in the United States are crying about ‘erasure’ because their sex marker on official documents can no longer be falsified, this is what the T has been doing to LGBs, especially lesbians, for years. What about the erasure of lesbian spaces, the corroding of our word to include all and sundry, the declarations that men can be lesbians if they say they are women, vilifying and threatening lesbians who state won’t date men because they are lesbians, and turning up at our events or putting stickers in the women’s bathrooms in gay bars that lesbians “love girl c-ck”? And the erasure of lesbians is from both directions. Not only are these men demanding access to lesbian spaces and into our dating circles, but then lesbians who just like their hair short or prefer to buy clothes from the men’s section, are told they are not women, but are men and pushed down a pipeline towards irreversible changes and surgeries. Many of these lesbians in Belong To were convinced while attending the groups that they were ‘trans’, and therefore ‘straight men’. Luckily most of these lesbians desisted before any hormones or surgeries were taken. But for those who didn’t desist, they are now young women who are taking high dosages of testosterone and have undergone double mastectomies. The worst homophobia or lesbophobia any of the Not All Gays founders have experienced is from people who prop up the T, and demand that we just get over that silly thing called homosexuality and include the opposite sex in everything we do.

Too many people are terrified of the truth. I am talking about those who are obsessed with Israel. Nothing scares them and threatens them more than truth. Understand this so you stop wasting your energy on those who refuse to listen. For many of them, the truth isn’t just uncomfortable. It would shatter them. That’s why they fight so hard to stay blind. Stop expecting them to see. Stop arguing. Stop hoping. Remember antisemitism is a symptom. It’s not the cause. So for the woke right crowd and woke left progressives, being right matters more than the truth. Admitting they were wrong about something feels like an existential threat to their ego, to their identity, to their reputation, to their credibility. They don’t have maturity, intelligence, courage and mental capacity to admit their mistakes. You can wake up someone who is asleep. You cannot wake up someone who is only pretending to be asleep. And most of the time, their denial is not even in their conscious level. When you confront them with the truth, their brain kicks into defense mode. It twists reality, rewrites history, ignores evidence. Anything to protect the fragile ego. It becomes like survival to them. Their brain subconsciously tries to keep them alive. The kindest and most effective thing you can do is this: Ignore them completely. Isolate them. Act like they don’t exist. Don’t hate them. Hate still gives them energy. Don’t engage. Don’t feed them attention. Just walk away and pour your energy into people and things that can actually grow and learn.

I was shocked to learn that in some studies, up to 27% of people on birth control report a decrease in their libido or sex drive. And yet, how many people are ACTUALLY talking about this? That’s why today I’m sitting down with Dr Rachel Rubin. Rachel is a board-certified urologist and sexual medicine specialist and one of ONLY 80 doctors in the US trained to treat both male and female sexual health. Before we started recording, Rachel said “I’m filled with rage”… She explained that people are being denied basic information about their bodies, hormones, sexual health and the treatments that could improve their quality of life… I said to Rachel in this conversation that it’s staggering that so many women are still being let down by the medical system. It makes you think - if men were in this exact situation, would this be the case? We discussed things like: - Why so many women are told their symptoms are normal when they are actually treatable. - Why Testosterone is not just a male hormone. - How hormones can affect UTIs, libido, pain during sex and overall quality of life. - If doctors are properly trained in women’s sexual health. - Why men need to understand the main topic of this episode too. What became clear to me is that this isn’t just a conversation about sex. It’s about health, relationships, confidence, ageing, pain, shame and the way people feel in their own bodies. At the end of the conversation I told Rachel that there are very few people who have her credibility and experience, with her ability to explain these subjects in a way people can actually understand. For anyone who wants to better understand their own body, or better understand someone they love - I really recommend watching this conversation.

For those that feel disappointment when not getting the results they want: -There are steps to success. When you play, you are working towards a goal and there are always steps to it! TCGs are a sport to me. My life revolves around them and I train to be the best that I can be physically and mentally. But regardless of preparation or skill level, there will be bad days. -Some days you are able to be successful and some days you are not. Sometimes it is your day and sometimes it is not. It’s natural to be upset. I’ve cried many times after a big loss because I care so much. But if you’ve given everything you had and have a bad round, a bad day, a bad tournament, or a bad stretch of tournaments, then it was not a failure. Failure is when you didn’t put in maximum effort or try in the first place. Michael Jordan played 15 seasons and won 6 championships. His other 9 seasons were not a failure. They were steps to his success. Cutting to a single elimination top 64 from 2000 players after only 9 rounds is extremely unforgiving. Just because that 3% succeeded, does not mean the other 97% have failed. Make no mistake about it, those who consistently succeed do not get there by accident. They earn it. But again, regardless of work ethic or talent, there will be good days and bad days. You have to bounce back and keep trying! IF you are putting in the work then every tournament is you taking the steps to work towards your goals. I encourage you to be honest with yourself about your preparation but not be hypercritical and view everything as a failure. There are plenty of unbelievably talented players that have not yet made a Lorcana Top cut and if you are in this group then you are in good company

Creatine is for Brain Power, not Just Muscle Power A New RCT just dropped looking at creatine hydrochloride (HCl) and creatine ethyl ester (CEE) on cognitive outcomes (PMID: 40854087). Researchers gave perimenopausal women 8 weeks of either low-dose creatine HCl (750 mg or 1.5 g / day), a blend of HCl + CEE, or placebo. 👉 The 1.5 g HCl group showed small but significant improvements in reaction time and even a ~16% increase in frontal brain creatine levels on MRS scans. The HCl + CEE combo didn’t outperform HCl alone. All forms were well-tolerated and there were no serious side effects. The results add to growing evidence that creatine supports cognition—not just strength, hypertrophy, and power—but let’s keep perspective: ⚠️ Creatine ethyl ester has consistently underperformed in bioavailability studies. Multiple head-to-head trials show it’s rapidly degraded to creatinine in the gut and fails to meaningfully raise muscle creatine compared to creatine monohydrate (PMID:19228401). Creatine HCl seems to dissolve better in water and some anecdotal reports claim it’s easier on digestion for some people, but so far there’s no solid evidence it improves muscle or brain creatine stores beyond what you get with monohydrate. Bottom line: this study is promising for the cognitive benefits of creatine overall, but it doesn’t change the main recommendation Creatine monohydrate is still the gold standard. It’s the form used in hundreds of human RCTs, proven to raise muscle and brain creatine, and it’s cheap. Until stronger data show otherwise, save your money and stick with monohydrate.

👉 Lesbians United has released our review of the literature on the drugs marketed as “puberty blockers,” titled Puberty Suppression: Medicine or Malpractice? The review cites over 300 sources, most of which are peer-reviewed scientific studies, and digs into evidence from older and better-designed studies that have not yet been brought into the conversation about puberty suppression. To our knowledge, this is the most thorough review of GnRH agonists, the drugs now marketed as “puberty blockers,” to date. Three Takeaways Yes, there IS enough research. No more claiming that the research on puberty suppression just isn’t there. No more calling for more clinical trials or urging caution until more studies are conducted on vulnerable children. A massive body of research on GnRH agonists already exists—you’ve just been using the wrong search terms. The research shows that “puberty blockers” are really, really dangerous. Particularly urgent concerns for adolescents include loss of bone mineral density and increased risk of osteoporosis; potential for decreased IQ and other cognitive deficits; increased risk of depression and suicidal thoughts; and stunted sexual and reproductive development. GnRH agonists can also affect the heart, thyroid, digestive system, urinary tract, muscles, eyes, and immune system, and cause chronic pain. A lot of the side effects are irreversible. Osteoporosis, dementia, and diabetes are irreversible. Suicide is irreversible. Chronic pain can last for years, or forever. And major health events like heart attack, stroke, and pituitary tumors can cause problems for the rest of a person’s life. Not to mention that treating the other side effects of GnRH agonists may be extremely difficult, painful, and costly, and require other medications with other side effects.

RETATRUTIDE is NOT JUST for WEIGHT LOSS… …and the fact that that’s what everyone is obsessing over tells me we’re still missing the point. 🙃 Because what I’m looking at? It’s not just the scale. It’s what’s happening underneath it. We’re talking 24% body weight reduction in trials… sure. BUT ALSO: 47% drop in inflammatory markers in 12 weeks. 2.1% drop in HbA1c. 42% reduction in visceral fat (the dangerous kind hugging your organs). 🫁 And then it gets uncomfortable… 31% lower cardiovascular mortality. 28% fewer heart attacks. 22% fewer strokes. Like… pause there. Because if this was just about weight loss… those numbers wouldn’t exist. This is metabolism. This is inflammation. This is mitochondrial signaling. 🧬 And THIS is where I start side-eyeing the narrative. Because you’ve been told this is about “calories” and “willpower.” Meanwhile your body is sitting there like— “Hey… I’m inflamed. I’m insulin resistant. I’m storing for a reason.” 👀 And instead of asking why… We’ve been handed drugs and told to shrink. But here’s the part nobody’s talking about… What happens when you stop? With semaglutide (Ozempic)… about 72% of people regain the weight. Tirzepatide? Around 60%. Retatrutide? ONLY 5–10%. That’s not a small difference. That’s a completely different conversation. Because now we’re NOT just talking about weight suppression… We’re talking about whether the terrain (esp hormones and body talk) actually changed. And if you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything right… but your body keeps pulling you back… this matters more than you think. Because your body isn’t trying to sabotage you. It’s responding to something deeper. If you want me to break down what this actually means… and how peptides are shifting the entire conversation— Comment PEPTIDES and I’ll send you the full breakdown. 💡 #peptides #biohacking #womenshealth #hormones #healthandwellbeing
