Per country caps = worst form of DEI

@elonmusk @BasedMikeLee Hope we can fix this per country DEI for green cards this year with merit based system

Remove country caps on green card or introduce country caps on H1B as well, only way to move towards restoring balance. Why does America want shit loads of Indians working here but then curtail their rights by keeping them on a visa for decades and decades!
