Many BJP IT cell members are referring to AajTak fact check which claimed that they did a "voter search" in ECI website and it didn't match Rahul Gandhi's claim. Just a reminder to all the Dalton Eatherly aka Chud the Builder fans out there: if he is out on bond, then he’s under strict rules per the judge that if he is caught breaking, his bond would be revoked: - He has to wear a GPS monitor - Is required to be back home in his residence by 9:00pm - 5:00am - Must relinquish all weapons/firearms and cannot carry one - He will be under a gag order with no interviews or social media activity about the incident. - Dalton’s passport application process would be stopped, and rescinded if it has been issued

However, a federal judge in Texas has ruled that the Memphis rapper must stay behind bars and be extradited to Dallas while prosecutors attempt to revoke the bond, according to court documents obtained by XXL on Wednesday (April 8). The prosecution has until April 13 to file its argument as to why 30 should be kept in custody. His attorneys have a week to respond to the motion. Big30 is one of nine men—along with Pooh Shiesty and his father—who have been charged with robbing and kidnapping Gucci Mane and others at a Dallas recording studio back in January. During a detention hearing on Wednesday, Pooh Shiesty was denied bond. XXL has reached out to Big30's attorney for comment.
