EXCLUSIVE: Residents in Pasadena, TX are seen shouting at ICE officers, screaming “Find me b***, find me mother f******.” One woman has a little baby in her arms and you hear the officer say, “you’re endangering your baby.” It turns out they were trying to disrupt officers from arresting a 2x deported illegal migrant from Mexico. ICE sources tell me officers tried to pull over a car during a targeted traffic stop but the driver refused to stop and fled, leading officers to a house where he barricaded himself. 28-year-old Oscar Daniel Barron Hernandes is a 2x previously deported illegal migrant from Mexico. This was just a small part of the operation from this morning where approximately 120 illegals were apprehended and are now getting their due process before being deported! There’s an entire industry that’s based on using illegal alien slave labor. It’s time for that to end. Note the one US citizen out there trying to get a job, doing the work that liberals say Americans won’t do. Now he doesn’t have to compete against illegals. The reality is illegal aliens compete for just about every job in our country but they disproportionately affect the low income communities. I asked Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger’s office how exactly would ICE get a signed judicial warrant for illegal immigrants in the Fairfax County jail, like Abdul Jalloh, who is accused of murdering a Virginia mother. Spanberger’s office still has not responded. Earlier this week, Spanberger’s office said ICE should request a signed judicial warrant if they want Jalloh deported. Jonathan Fahey says that might sound reasonable, but isn’t reasonable, and that Spanberger is knowingly putting up roadblocks to prevent ICE from doing their job and deporting Jalloh, who has a lengthy violent criminal history. ICE says, “Section 287 of the Immigration and Nationality Act provides ICE officers the authority to arrest aliens without a judicial warrant. In fact, no judge in this country has the authority to issue a warrant for a civil immigration violation. Congress, by statute, vested this authorization solely to supervisory immigration officers. Local police officers don’t need a warrant when they encounter someone breaking the law in a public space, and the same holds true for ICE officers. Obstructing or otherwise interfering with an ICE arrest is a crime, and anyone involved may be subject to prosecution under federal law.”
