@msolurin Which is why you can say it’s the best league in the world because the caliber of players is top notch. In order to be considered a world champion you have to compete against the world like they would in the Olympics or World Cup.

1) the competition is open to the world; you just have to be good enough to be apart of that. 2) national championship would mean you are only competing with and against people from your nation. US Trials they only compete against US ppl. NBA 1/3 is from overseas
