Caring only comes from a heart that fears you.. Everything will pass and everything will end, but not everything will be forgotten.. I will never forget you standing by my side during these times when I really need you by my side.. My daughter Julia sends her greetings to you and tells you that she is very happy with your gifts to her.. The pictures below are of some fresh vegetables and fish for Julia. Unfortunately, I bought everything in these pictures on the black market. I paid $600 to $700 for some food. The price of all of this did not exceed $50 before the war.. Everything that money buys is not valuable. My daughter's life and safety are better than all the money.. As long as you are by my side, I will not fear anything.. My friends and loved ones.. After careful examination, we confirmed that Julia was suffering from jaundice Therefore, doctors recommend not giving up canned foods and looking for fresh foods for them. Julia is really getting better and better. This improvement is because of your standing by my side, my friends.. I am very grateful to every person who stood by me and supported me in order to bring happiness to the heart of my child, Julia. I would be very grateful if you would support me to buy fruits and more vegetables for her until she fully recovers My friends and loved ones... I apologize for the delay in updating because the area I go to to get an internet signal in order to tweet has become very dangerous and I can no longer go there as usual.. But I'm here and I'm fine and I'm doing everything I can to be with you. I love you from the bottom of my heart, my friends

If you have lagging Arms and bringing them up to par is your TOP PRIORITY… I’d recommend doing something like this each week: Upper A • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” • 2-3 sets of Supinated Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support Upper B (Performed 3-4 days after Upper A) • 2-3 sets of Dip Machine • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Preacher Curls • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” OR Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support This will result in you doing somewhere between 8-12 sets of direct Bicep and Tricep work per week Low likelihood you need any more volume than that to improve your Arms mightily if following the notes below: 1) The ideal rep range to be using when performing the exercises mentioned is the 5ish to 10ish rep range — Choose a weight you can do for 5, 6, 7 reps @ 0-2 RIR…once you can do that weight for 8, 9, 10ish reps, increase the load by 5ish pounds 2) You should perform all reps of all the listed exercises with a controlled (but not overly slow) eccentric and an explosive (but still controlled) concentric 3) You should perform these exercises very early in your workout to ensure they are as efficient/effective as possible — If you perform them later on, you will not get as robust a growth stimulus from the sets because of the outstanding fatigue that will be present from the earlier sets/exercises in your workout Additional notes: - You may sub any of these exercises for comparable exercises due to preferences and/or equipment availability — Ex: Dip Machine subbed for Weighted Dips - I probably forgot something that I should’ve mentioned…if I think of it I’ll drop it in the post below

1:05:11 I finished 1st 🥇 on my age group and 5th in the male category. I failed my ambitious goal of sub-60 but I was very happy with my race. And I have a nice goal to chase for the next few months. All the staff at the Hyrox venue knew us! I even talked to the manager of Hyrox Turkey/Dubai/Greece. His name his Mustafa and he let my wife inside the athlete zone to shot videos for our YouTube channel. It’s my first Hyrox and the energy is insane. Everybody is fit, sexy and topless. There’s a DJ and MC so it feels like a gym-club in Bali. No surprise this sport is growing so much! This little experiment is engraved in my head. The last 2 weeks have been surreal. Getting paid $112,000 to race, receiving a fancy car at my hotel lobby, getting recognized by a lot of people, my first race… so many things to process! I want to thank my sponsors who made this possible: - by Higgsfield AI 🧩 (10 spots!) - by Kelvin Cobanaj - by Kimi - by OrcaRouter 🐳 - by Peptide Confidential - by John Hu (🍑) I want to thank my wife for always trusting in me and pushing me to try whatever crosses my mind. I want to thank all of you who supported the idea, online and offline. And I want to thank me for believing in myself. I was lost for so long. I felt misunderstood by people thinking I was weird for trying all kind of experiments. In the end I just want to have fun, and I’m incredibly grateful that my hard work has finally compounded and now I can play and get paid for it. Ok I’m a bit emotional now, and I’m getting late for my second race of the day with my wife. This one is just for fun. Woohoo!

Today, I graduated from Stanford with my masters in law, with a focus in law, science, and technology. I expended considerable time exploring how to add value to emerging companies by advising them throughout their lifecycles, specifically on raising venture capital and licensing intellectual properties and technologies. I hope to spend the foreseeable future deepening my expertise in these areas. For the Stanford journey, I must start with gratitude. First, I am grateful for my parents, siblings and family who supported me through everything. I am grateful for my former employers who invested heavily in my growth, played a substantial part in Stanford happening, and in whom I found another family. I am especially grateful for my friends (including those I made at Stanford) who have overwhelmed me with love and support that I do not think I deserve. I am grateful for my colleagues, with whom I have shared this journey, and who have blessed me with their knowledge and experiences. I am grateful for all my mentors and professional connections whose benevolence towards me have never run dry. I am grateful for my professors and the Stanford academic faculty who have shared their knowledge with me and have challenged me intellectually, and finally, I am grateful to God, for the invisible hand in how my life has played out over the past year. At the ceremony, my friend Ana Julia – who spoke on behalf of the class – said we already made it before we arrived for this program. That is true, because the program is a gathering of highly exceptional people from different parts of the world, and with different experiences. Having been privileged to spend the last one year with these people, I will go on from here knowing that I mean something. I am something. And I will devote my time to leading with my humanity and advocating for positive change in the world. I charge you to do the same.
