JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk “third photo is the day when it was almost unbearable” —— 🌞it’s the photo that day i took my sister out; i had been working very hard for several consecutive days, but in the end she said she wanted to go out together. normally my sister doesn’t really want to go out with me much cause she likes staying in her room. although i was the one driving - in the end it seemed that day she was the one kind of taking me out. like sometimes we forget our goal but that everything i work for nowadays is to take care of my nongs nothing else. every day is tiring almost no free days, but i do all this work cause i want to see my nong at a good school - in a good place. that day made me feel that being close to my nong fulfilled something inside me like “yeah what i’m working for today is for my siblings - and that day we sat together and had a full meal with my nongs” my mom didn’t come she was tired and stayed home getting a massage : has this event been a long time ago? 🌞it was a long time ago. but i still remember it ecause sometimes we remember the day just from the feelings of that day - that’s why i chose this photo : that day going out with tired feelings but probably coming your room with a different feeling? 🌞actually it was another feeling kind of like still tired right but it’s the kind of tired that feels really good it was like reminding myself that today i really did what i wanted to do 🌞i see my nong sister has her own room - my nong brother has his own room and my little sister also has her own room. everyone in my family gets to eat what they want 🌞cause i grew up in conditions where i couldn’t have what i wanted. i didn’t have shoes as nice as others - didn’t have nice bags - didn’t have the best quality pencils. i would use almost a whole pencil before i could get a new one asking mom for a new pencil. so i felt that i don’t want my siblings to have to live like i did. : that was your life when you were in Turkey? 🌞yeah not extremely difficult but i had to be frugal : what you’re telling sounds like you were taking on your dad’s role 🌞yeah but did i want to do it? no! i didn’t want to take my dad’s place at all. if i could choose to go back if i could choose i would want my father still alive. but in the end everything forced me to grow up on the day i didn’t want to and in the end i did grow up

yonghwa complimented jihoon a lot and even gave him his ring 🥺🥹 oh jihoon you are so loved by everyone 🐶 when i went to the shoot, i went kind of lululala~ (carefree) it was my first time ever going to fnc.. 🐶 that day was pretty busy… i also had to go to a fansign so i had to be exactly on time 🐶 when i got off the elevator and started greeting the fnc staff like, “hello~ hello~,” from inside, yonghwa hyung immediately went, “did jihoon come~??” 🐶 i couldn’t just go empty handed, right? i’m his junior by like ten years, after all. so even though it wasn’t anything fancy, i bought some things and brought them 🐶 i went in, greeted cnblue sunbaenims, and gave them the gifts. hyungnims all really liked it, and yonghwa hyung really liked it too 🐶 honestly, for me, the feeling was more like, “thank you, hyung, for reaching out to me first,” but to hyungnims it was more like, “thank you for helping us even though you’re busy,” that honestly made me feel really good 🐶 since chances like doing a challenge with yonghwa hyung don’t come around very often, i went dressed up properly, and yonghwa hyung noticed right away 👤 wow, jihoon, you came wearing something seriously impressive 🐶 and when i looked, his outfit was also totally on point, perfectly styled. i was like, “hyung, yours is no joke either” 🐶 the atmosphere during the shoot was really good. all the hyungs were such great people, and they treated me so kindly 🐶 first we did one rehearsal. my eyes were kind of swollen that day, actually. after one rehearsal, one of the fnc staff said, “jihoon, if you could make the movements bigger, like really go all out, that would be great.” so i went all out. but when we looked at the rehearsal take, it felt like it might be too much 🐶 all the hyungs, everyone really liked it. they were like, “this is crazy good~” “this is it, this is it!” 🐶 haha with that vibe, i couldn’t bring myself to say, “can we try one more time?” i was short on time too, since i had to wrap everything up in about thirty minutes and move on to the next schedule. so i read the room and just went along with it like, “this looks good,” “i think it’s fine,” “okay, okay, good good, nice nice~” hahah we did one rehearsal and one take and that was it 🐶 after that, i greeted hyung, chatted briefly about how we’d been doing, but there was this really touching story 🐶 yonghwa hyung and everyone kept thanking me over and over but for me, he’s a sunbae and a hyung i genuinely like, and i wanted to do it anyway 🐶 from my perspective, this was an opportunity i don’t easily get. and with a song challenge like this, you can only ask someone if you really trust them. you can’t just ask anyone to sing, especially since the song is difficult. so the fact that they respected me enough to ask meant a lot. honestly, i was the one who felt grateful. and then hyung kept saying, “thank you so much, seriously” 🐶 yonghwa hyung was wearing a ring from the same brand as my leather jacket.. then yonghwa hyung took off the ring and said, “hoon-ah, you take this. take it” i was like, “oh hyung?? really, hyung?” and he said, “seriously, thank you so much, jihoon. take it, you keep it.” 🐶 i was honestly so moved. it’s not like it was cheap either. so i said, “oh hyung.. thank you, hyungnim” and i tried it on to see if it would fit. i was like, “even if it doesn’t fit, i’ll just force it on, haengnim. even if my blood circulation stops, i’ll still wear it, haengnim” 🐶 i received the ring, and hyung kept telling me, “jihoon-ah, seriously thank you for preparing so well,” “you did really well,” “you sang so well,” and he gave me so much praise 🐶 i don’t usually have that much confidence, so hearing that meant a lot. and then i said, “yes, haengnim, i’ll contact you, haengnim~” “this dongsaeng is heading out now, haengnim” and i went back to my schedule

💥🔎 Alexander Volkanovski, in the most delicate way possible, explains why he believes Diego Lopes has low fight IQ and weak footwork He says Lopes still hasn’t learned how to cut off the cage from both sides, fight effectively as the aggressor, or properly understand distance. “In camp, we were sure his team would work on how to cut off the cage. But you can cut off the cage the wrong way — for example, if you step in too close, you walk straight into my shots. Obviously, I knew I probably wouldn’t be able to circle only one way the whole time, so I thought he’d prepare better to cut me off from both sides. But as soon as I started circling to the right like in the first fight, he got excited — ‘Aha!’ — and immediately tried to cut me off. So I simply switched directions and started moving left. And suddenly there it was — my exit was wide open (laughs). He couldn’t cut me off from there. I could turn freely and get out. I didn’t even have to take risks. I kept turning him from side to side, and whenever he got too aggressive, I punished him. Yeah, he’s good — but maybe he needs more IQ, more footwork, more understanding. People said he was going to cut me off — sure, but would he do it correctly? If you cut too aggressively, you walk into even harder shots. He wasn’t cutting me off properly — he just stepped straight into the angle and ran into my right hand. And even if you do cut me off, I’ve got so many layers in my footwork, so many defensive layers. Honestly, I almost feel bad for him because I’m probably the worst matchup for him. And not enough time had passed since the first fight for him to truly prepare. When he came forward as the aggressor, he wasn’t in position. He was blitzing, forcing it, trying to cut me off — and I kept countering him with heavy shots. Cutting the cage correctly is an art. He was chasing me, which made it hard for him to structure his offense. I kept turning him. He’d end up square [both toes pointing forward], thinking we were about to trade — and I’d already be gone. I kept turning him and hitting him when his feet weren’t set, before he was ready to throw. It’s like he’s used to hitting pads — the target stands in front of you, you throw, it steps back, resets, and you throw again. But when you’re cutting off the cage, your feet have to be underneath you. He talked a lot about how much he improved since our first fight, how everything got better. Against Jean Silva he looked great — the wrestling helped him win easily. But when it came to using IQ, footwork, understanding… It felt like someone just gave him a basic plan — be patient, use the jab — but there was no real strategy behind it. Okay, you’ll be patient and throw a jab, but you still don’t understand distance or footwork. He didn’t get better since the first fight. I didn’t see any growth.” 🎥 Demetrious Johnson

Dear X Family, Please RT my story. My name is Julie. Darkness has been with me since the day I was born inside Ridglin. I was one of the beagles at Ridglin Farms, bred for a life I didn’t understand, a life filled with fear. I couldn’t see the others, but I could hear them. I could smell them. We were all the same—waiting, afraid. The metal bars of my cage were my whole world, and when the noise, the footsteps, and the fear got too much, I did the only thing I knew to do—I spun. Around and around, in tight circles, my paws moving fast beneath me. It was the only way I could stop the fear from crushing me, the only thing that helped when I didn’t know what else to do. The humans in white coats didn’t notice. They never did. They would come, take one of us away, and that beagle would never come back the same. Or they wouldn’t come back at all. The air was thick with anxiety, and when it filled me too much, I would spin. I’d spin and spin until the world stopped feeling so heavy. Then, one night, something different happened. I heard footsteps again, but these were softer, quicker. They didn’t sound like the humans I was used to. My ears twitched, and I pressed my body against the cage, trying to understand what was happening. Then, I felt a hand—gentle and warm in a way that wasn’t scary. It was different from the cold hands of the humans in white coats. I froze, unsure of what to do. “We’re here to help you,” a voice whispered. I wanted to trust them, but my heart was racing. My paws itched to spin, to make the anxiety go away, but the door to my cage opened, and I felt a different kind of space around me. They lifted me out, cradling me in their arms, and I trembled—not because I was cold, but because I didn’t know what would happen next. The air outside was like nothing I’d ever felt before. It smelled of life, of things growing and moving. I could feel the soft ground beneath my paws. Grass, they called it. It was strange at first, and I spun in small, tight circles, trying to understand where I was. But as I spun, something changed. I felt the soft touch of a hand on my back, and for the first time, the spinning didn’t feel necessary. They took me to a new place, one that smelled of safety and warmth. The air didn’t sting with chemicals or fear. There were no cages, just soft blankets, and voices that spoke kindly. When I spun here, it wasn’t because I was scared—it was because I didn’t know what to do with all this freedom. I still think of the others sometimes. The beagles back at Ridglin Farms, trapped in their cages, waiting, spinning like I used to. They can’t see the world they’re missing, just like I can’t, but I hope that one day they’ll feel what I feel now—freedom. The warmth of the sun on their fur, the soft ground under their paws, and the kindness of people who care. My name is Julie, and though I may never see the world, I can feel it now. I still spin sometimes, but now I know I can stop. I know what it’s like to be free. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Juile's rescuers realized later that she was blind. Ridglin Farms dropped the theft charges against Wayne and two others for rescuing the three beagles. They did this to avoid media exposure of their facility to the public. On October 23rd, 2024, 9am, join us for all day hearing at Dane County Courthouse in Madison, Wisconsin. We will be there in support of support Wayne as he shows the neglect inside Ridglin Farms. I think it’s time to talk about it 🙂‍↕️ I was delaying it because the scene messed me up in every possible way. From the moment he entered the room panting in anger, to the moment he subconsciously hid her behind his back to protect her when he heard the Kordağlıs were coming. When he entered the room like that (and he even knocked, but… since when does Serhat knock? 🌚), he scared her, because a part of her knew exactly how crazy this would make him. Because despite everything he did, despite the divorces and all the silence, she always knew he cared. And hell… he DID 😭 Serhat shouting “You can’t marry” in the same place where he once told her “It’s your life, I’m not responsible for it”??? C I N E M A! Yıldız gasping, crying, trying to catch her breath while arguing… #BiranDamlaYılmaz , you did NOT have to be this perfect 😭 When she said “Bir kere sen çıldır, yeter,” she was at her limit. There was that tiny second of silence while she was desperately gasping, and he just looked at her, helpless, not knowing how to save both of them from this mess. Y: You gave up on me. S: No, YOU gave up on me. With all disrespect… Sir??? I know he didn’t mean to hurt her, I know he was hurting too, but accusing HER of giving up, when from her POV he is the one who let go? She is the only one living in uncertainty from day one. He can’t expect her to read his mind. When she asked him to say he didn’t give up on her… imagine his position. Everything she said, he wanted to agree with. “I didn’t give up on you. I remember kissing you. I was about to divorce Melek and marry you.” He was swallowing everything, suffering in silence, because in his mind saying that would be selfish. He was still trying to avoid that red zone. NOW. THE MIRROR SCENE. First of all, why is no one talking about how he grabbed her with ONE HAND without even looking at her? He knew exactly where she was. Her surprised gasp?? His husky voice??? #ilhanşen canım abim, if you continue like this, Serhat will be the last character I watch from you because I will ascend to heaven. Have mercy on me big boy 🌚 Making them watch themselves in the mirror was WILD, Ercan hocam. If the scene was 100% intense, the mirror made it 10000%. His hand on her waist, her looking so tiny. His other hand slowly moving her hair. His face on her head next to her ear, sniffing her scent, looking… lustful, angry, desperate. The mix of desire and rage in his eyes??? EXCUSE ME??? He didn’t even touch the tattoo on her chest. He was locking her in place, making sure she couldn’t escape (as if she could). When he turned her around, he kept her trapped in his arms. He wasn’t testing her. He KNOWS she loves him. He was trying to speak without words. “This is what I feel. I messed up. But this is what I want.” But she needed words. She DESERVED words. He definitely was going for a kiss , and she pulled away. Because she is angry. Hurt. M convinced her she is a burden, and he never denied it with words. His silence confirmed everything in her mind. When he closed his eyes in that silence, realising that by trying to protect her with silence, he destroyed her AGAIN! Her cracked voice saying, “You still didn’t say you didn’t give up on me,” I wanted to hug her and cry until sunrise 😭 Then she put her strong mask back on, telling him not to enter her room like that, because she will soon be engaged💔 And btw, I’m 100% sure if it wasn’t for the Kordağlıs, he would NOT have left without kissing her. In my head, they kissed. There is no universe where Serhat left that room untouched after that tension. I tried my best to write with my sanity on! Just an advice 👀 try to catch ilhan’s panting in the beginning 🤤 they are delicious🫦 I know it turned out to be too long but the scene is quite long and full of details. I am sure I still can talking about it with another essay🤣 but I won’t don’t worry. #HalefKöklerinÇağrısı #Yılser

Despite being abandoned by my father as a child, if he were still alive, I would be open to starting a new relationship with him. The last time I spoke to him, I was 21 years old and a new father. I wanted to tell him about his grandson, but he didn’t seem interested in talking to me. I told myself that I wouldn’t attempt to call him anymore, but I would never ignore his calls if he tried to reach me. Unfortunately, he never did. ------------------------------------ I talk more about my relationship with my father in my new book "The Children We Left Behind" Purchase a copy from Amazon: or directly from Wrong Speak Publishing: ------------------------------------- As I’ve gotten older—and especially watching my son become an adult—I’ve thought a lot about mortality and the fragility of life. I often reflect on my mistakes as a young adult and my ambivalence toward my parents because I hadn’t yet learned to forgive. When you’re a child, you think adults have it all together, and you expect them to be more than they really are. That one time they screwed up sticks out in your head more than the hundreds of times they sacrificed for you. I’ve tried to be the best father I possibly can be, but I’m sure there were a time or two when I unintentionally let my son down. In an era where everyone thinks they’re always right yet holds higher expectations of behavior for others than they themselves can live up to, we are severely lacking in the area of giving grace and leaning on forgiveness. Instead, we tell people who are having relationship issues to excommunicate others forever, but running from your problems doesn’t resolve them. There are valid times to go no-contact with someone in your life, but the number of times I’ve heard poor reasoning for disconnecting completely from parents is shocking to me. Social media is rife with terrible advice, encouraging people to see a single flaw in someone they love as enough reason to shut them out of their life. I’m speaking from experience when I say this: You can’t resolve a relationship while simultaneously running from it. The only way to fix a fractured relationship is to confront it head-on with love and honesty. And if the person you’re having issues with isn’t hearing you, then you should give them the grace of patience until they lower their guard enough to receive your message. Recently, I was talking to a father who has been struggling to have a relationship with his children for years since his divorce. Every time he tries to get close to them, they push him away. Just as much as it hurts children to be rejected, it hurts parents when they’re pushed away too. What I explained to him was that he should never give up and that he needs to be 100% accountable for his actions. From a parent’s perspective, you might have a hard time understanding why they’re angry with you, and their reasoning might not make sense from your point of view. Parents can often get stuck in the mud of factual differences compared to their children’s emotional interpretations. If you’re in this situation and falling into the trap of debating their emotions, step away from it. It’s a losing battle to engage in this type of back-and-forth because, from the child’s perspective, it comes off as you disregarding their feelings. Is the point to be right or to re-establish a relationship? I’ll never tell someone to take ownership of something they didn’t do, but you can acknowledge their emotions and how they’re feeling. Everyone wants to be accepted, and if you’re a child who feels rejected, the last thing you want is to experience the rejection of your emotional interpretations. If you’re a parent striving to re-establish a relationship with your child, my suggestion is that you don’t give up on them. Work on their timeline and understand that if they’re rejecting your attempts, they just want you to feel the hurt they’re experiencing. However, I believe that repeated attempts of love will eventually break down that hardened wall. Acknowledge their pain, apologize for what you did or what you could have done better as a parent, and give them time to absorb your efforts. The reason I would give my father an opportunity to be in my life is that I understand we are all flawed, and many of us live with regrets—I know I do. The way my life has turned out, I’ve come to understand the importance of giving others grace for their shortcomings and embracing forgiveness. I don’t harbor any anger toward my father because I can’t fix the past, and he’s no longer alive to potentially mend our broken relationship. I forgave my father years ago because being angry at him never helped me grow as a man. I would give anything to have a chance to really get to know him, and it saddens me when I see people believing that tomorrow is guaranteed. That person you cut off from your life might be gone tomorrow, and you won’t have a chance to resolve your differences. Personally, I wouldn’t want to carry that on my conscience, knowing I was too scared or resentful to fix a relationship with someone I loved. Giving people grace is a blessing. It’s about time we bless the world.

JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk the first photo : “from the day that kid had to survive on his own” —— 🌞be called the last one i took with my dad before his father passed away. at that time i never expected it would happen. during COVID i was in China to compete in a survival show having decided to leave and sacrifice everything i had in Thailand to go there. but the pandemic hit the show couldn’t be filmed and i was left with only about 50,000B in my account — everything i had. when i returned to Thailand i felt completely lost not knowing what job to do or where to go. acting singing — everything seemed uncertain and nothing could move forward because of COVID. not long after that my dad passed away. it’s been about 6 years since then 🌞the reason i chose this photo is because it truly was a turning point in my life. everything felt like it had exploded — like i was completely cornered with no way out. so i had to struggle, do everything i could just to survive. and it wasn’t only me who had to survive but my whole family too. i still have my mom, three younger sisters and brothers who are in Turkey. that’s why i had to do everything to make sure my people could survive. it felt like every door in my life had completely shut every single one. so i had no choice but to search for new doors. luckily during COVID, many new doors eventually opened for me. honestly, in the days when those doors hadn’t opened yet, did i ever think this might not be the right path? no! not at all. i just felt that this was the path i was good at — and also the one i loved. i had already experienced what it felt like to be here and i truly liked it. i got to do so many things — dancing, acting, going to international fan meetings. it made me feel like… once you keep getting on stage, you start craving it. you crave the stage, the screams from the crowd, singing together with fans. it’s a completely different feeling. hearing their voices—it’s indescribable. back then, what I wanted was simply… i don’t even know exactly what it was but i wanted to see myself on stage, singing, with people singing along with me. And i realized i truly loved that feeling. that’s why i knew this was my path. 🌞because when i was younger, i used to love singing in the bathroom. and. my father… was the only person in the house who would knock on the bathroom door and say “stop singing everyone else in the neighborhood can hear you already” 🌞this was back when i was living at Eason Blue. basically the bathrooms in that house were connected. it was like a family apartment: upstairs was one relative’s place, downstairs was another, and our home was in the middle. so everyone could hear everything. my dad was worried that my voice would disturb the neighbors, so even in the bathroom or in my own room i wasn’t really allowed to sing. instead, i would go sing at school. simply put, my dad didn’t really support me much when it came to singing. he just didn’t see what this kid could become, or where singing could take me. and honestly, back then, i couldn’t see it myself either—i never imagined that one day i’d get to sing this much : nd now that you’re about to have a fan concert, where you can fully perform and sing… your dad must finally get to see it somewhere right? 🌞but in the end he didn’t get to see it. Maybe he’s listening from above

My fox shooting garden defending AI robot is finally done and WORKING! 🤩 (Don’t worry it only shoots 💦 water) After months of slowly moving forward with each part I finished the last step to train a TensorFlow model on the footage of the 🦊 fox I collected hours of footage 📹 with the fox roaming around my garden, from this I labeled around 2000 images with the fox by hand ✋ Honestly, I was quite skeptical training the model was actually gonna work, maybe this was partly the reason I avoided working on this until the very end. If I couldn’t train a model to detect the fox, this whole robot would never be able to function properly. On the flipside though, with no previous experience in hardware or electronics there was a bit of a learning curve and I didn’t want to end up labeling thousands of images, training a TensorFlow model, only to fail on building the hardware. As I started building, I realized that mixing hardware and software adds quite another dimension to debugging things. At times I wasted hours debugging code in my IDE, only to realize the issue was somewhere in the electronics. Furthermore, combining this side project with a full time job and a young family, is not always easy. It can be quite frustrating, to know you only need 4 hours of concentrated effort for a small task, having to spread it out across a week of 20min increments. Then, a few months into the build I noticed the fox had stopped coming to my garden, in fact one day, I recorded her walking with 3 cute little 🐶 pups, and the next day I saw her moving out of my garden completely. Did she know I was building a robot? I had this strange mix of feelings, happy my garden was safe from poop and digging, happy she was safe with her pups, but how was I gonna finish this project if my robot had no fox to detect? For sure they would be back next year, I figured I could postpone the whole thing until next winter, but I also knew it was gonna be much harder to pick up momentum if I did let it sit there for six months. So I decided to keep working, hoping the fox would reappear,.. but she never did. As I finished labeling the footage and started training my model, I could finally see the mAP results, quantifying the precision of my object detection model. It was measuring at 78% across different metrics on detecting my fox. I quickly ran the model on some of the video footage I got from my fox. Inference speed took a hit, but it did a near perfect job detecting the fox, even when she was deep down in the grass or wizzing past in a motion blur. It took me by surprise how well it worked. With the default model I had to drop my confidence threshold way down to 15%, to recognize the fox as 🦜“bird” in one or two frames, with my custom model it followed the fox all the way down to the back of the garden! Still this didn’t solve the issue of there being no actual fox in my garden and how was I gonna wrap this project in a short timeframe. I played with the idea of putting a fox toy 🧸 on an RC 🚗 car, or borrowing a dog to run around the garden to test. Friends suggested I run around the garden in a fox costume.. what a ridiculous idea. I wasn’t really feeling the idea of running around the garden in a floppy cloth fox 🎭 costume, but had a look anyway. I came across these self inflating costumes. This actually could be perfect. Since it’s inflated, it would hold its shape super well, making it much easier to label, train and be recognized by my robot. So I got the costume and shot a time lapse of myself as a fox walking around the garden. I labeled it to around 600 images. Ran the model training again and got a mAP result of 82%. This was even better than my real fox! At this point I knew this was gonna work. So here’s the final 🎥 video, just having some fun with it. I’ll update here whenever the real fox does come back. On a final note, I’m looking for (remote) jobs in these fields of AI now: - object detection - visual generative AI - 3D (nerfs + gaussian splats) So if you know anything let me know! My DMs are open 😊

This video is all over social media right now. This is a VERY silly video. I audibly laughed out loud several times. Elon Musk and co. are not experts in DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response). No matter how much of a sycophant you are for him or his organizations, Musk has no background in malware reverse engineering, identification, or development. What I suspect Kristi Noem is referring to in this conversation is the installation of an EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) system. An EDR is basically an anti-virus that a system administrator can make rules for, add custom detection logic, etc. This is used in enterprise environments and installed on user managed endpoints (computers, electronic devices). Some people worry about EDRs because they monitor the device for any potential malware or compromise. Yes, EDRs can be incredibly invasive, but you should not expect privacy when using company equipment or government devices. The reason why I suspect she is referring to an EDR system is she states, "Elon and his team helped me identify some of my own employees in my department had downloaded software on my phone, and on my laptop, to spy on me, record our meetings, ... they had done that to several other politicals" If an employee, working with the United States Department of Homeland security, was actively working as an Insider Threat and performing ESPIONAGE, spying on politicians and people of power, it would be all over the news. Musk and/or Trump would have been SCREAMING about whoever had done it. Additionally, this would be a VERY serious charge to whoever was identified doing this. It would have been a massive scandal. The second super silly thing Noem says is she complains she was unable to email a PowerPoint presentation to someone because it was too large ("over six pages long"). She is implying here this is a technological problem, but it is NOT. This is done intentionally to prevent data exfiltration. The idea is network administrators put data size restrictions in place to prevent data theft. If someone successfully compromised the United States government, and was unable to steal data by traditional means (tunneling, C2, etc), a common exfiltration tool is email. They take the stolen data, and send it to a disposable email address to receive it. Hence, if they restrict the size of data allowed to be sent outbound, it makes it substantially more difficult for data exfiltration to occur. If a Threat Actor tries to send an email with a large attachment the EDR flags it as a potentially suspicious event and notifies network operations. She is comparing standard cybersecurity policies to ... lack of technology ... ? And also somehow saying this has something to do with the "deep state" (an ominous unidentified threat, or something). Regardless if you believe there is a "deep state" (???), cybersecurity policy and network restrictions are NOT a technological disadvantage. I also want to give a big shoutout to RT (Russian Today) for blasting this all over social media. RT knows this video and conversation is ridiculous. Russian Intelligence is probably giggling right not at the absurdity of it. They are loving the fact they can spit this video all over social media and (using Noems own words) imply the United States government has SPYS actively present from THE DEEP STATE. It sows distrust and misinformation. Bravo, RT.

13 years on, and it gets no easier - here are Lyn’s words on this anniversary. ❤️ ——— Becoming a Mum for the first time, I cried when I held you in my arms, and promised I would always look after you and protect you, not knowing 25 years on you would be cruelly murdered, and taken away from us. Not being able to be by your side or say goodbye is the most heartbreaking journey that I have had to live with every single day. Time doesn’t make it any easier. It just makes it different. I look at the world differently and I’ve learned different ways to cope with the bereavement of my first-born child my only 1 son. I never believed I would make it this far but I’m still standing and that’s nothing short of a miracle. For me, I stay connected to Lee by talking to him every day, making sure he is still at the heart of our everyday family life. It’s not the big stuff, necessarily. Just chit chat really, telling Lee what’s been happening throughout my day. It makes me feel connected to him, so that he’s still a part of our lives. It took me a long time to realise that the love we shared never went away. Not even for a second. It was just buried underneath an avalanche of pain and grief. Lee’s physical self may have been stolen from us, but the essence of his love and spirit is still with us just as it was since the day he was born. I had to fight to find a path back to Lee and in those early devastating days, I didn’t think I would make it. Now I have to share my life with grief, but I try not to let it take over me. It sits alongside the happy things in my life. I have so much to live for still and Lee would want me to cherish every day. I have my amazing husband and four daughters and my growing brood of grandchildren. It is down to them that I got through this and so on the 13th anniversary of Lee’s murder, I want to not only celebrate and remember Lee, but give thanks to my wonderful family for pulling me through the worst days of my life. I’m also so grateful for all the love and support from strangers around the world we still get even after more than a decade. It helps me believe there are more good people in the world than evil. He was always the first to step up and put others before himself. Till we meet again Lee. Love and miss you always, Mum and all your loving family. xxx ——— #LeeRigby © Copyright Lyn Rigby and Family. This is going to be a LONG post so please bare with me Today is my 20th birthday 🎉! I can’t Thank God enough for blessing me in the ways he has in the last six months. This is the first and probably not last birthday that I won’t really be celebrating. I am working today and have to meal prep. I went to the gym this morning which was some much needed therapy. So this will be my celebration. I am making this post celebrating all the important friends in my life who have changed it for the best. Mike I have known you for just over 2 years now and you have been around for some of my best moments and my worst moments. From helping me build out my first AR to watching you work your ASS off to build 2 amazing companies that won’t be going anywhere anytime soon with someone like you as a leader for them. Thank you for being there for me and encouraging me last year when I would send you dry fire videos. You don’t know it but I was going through one of the hardest seasons of my life and the encouragement you gave me ment the world and helped me. You were one of the first people to really motivate me to lose weight. Thank you brother Havoc 2-1 Thank you for all the encouragement and advice you have given me. When I posted that range video and you RT it commented and followed me I didn’t sleep AT ALL that night. It was the happiest I had been in a while to see someone who I looked up to recognize me and the stuff I was doing. And without you doing that I would never had found KingWash and gotten all the coaching he has given me. You motivate me and help keep me going. Thank you brother Wash Without you I would probably be heavier and weaker. And not a very good shooter compared to where I am at now. I truly mean it when I say you have changed my life in ways you don’t know and I can’t express online. Getting me in the gym and lifting. giving a kid with zero structure in his life, meaning and a structured path to follow and chase a dream is something only a few people in life are blessed with and I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for me. Thank you brother Parker Geurin Thank you for being a role model to me. You are such an amazing father and family man and the positivity that you give is amazing man. Don’t ever stop being you and letting your light shine. And thank you for all the encouragement and kind words you have said to me, it truly means the world. Thank you Brother OG Pancake (Lead in The Wind) Thank you for being you. The laughs that I get from some of your posts and replies make my day. You are a genuine dude who has a lot to give and I thank you for encouraging me as you have. Thank you brother grumpycattac Thank you for the encouragement and wisdom you have given me. When I first started dry firing you were quick to listen and slow to judge. You helped and encouraged me and for that I thank you. Thank you brother Emily Fisher Thank you for for being an inspiration. You have inspired me to be consistent on days where I haven’t wanted to do anything. seeing you post a dry fire session one less number than the day before makes me want to get off my lazy ass and work. Thank you Greyson VonLanningham Hannah thank you for all the encouragement and uplifting you guys have blessed me with. I truly can’t tell you how much it means to me. Thank you both If I have missed someone I am sorry please forgive me as I have run out of space and am writing this at work. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next year of my life and what God has in store for me. Thank you all for being my friends. I can’t wait to meet all of you at one point or another and express my thanks in person.

Turning pain into purpose 🧡 I never imagined my post would reach so many. If there is one theme and take away I have taken from it- it’s the shared desire from us all to simply know others care. It’s what makes us all human. It also highlighted just how many want to help but don’t know how. People who deeply care about their loved ones but didn’t reach out because they were afraid of saying the wrong thing or bothering them, not knowing the pain their absence or lack of words may have caused. I wanted to share because I’ve been on both sides of the fence, even as a cancer patient myself. This post was even partially inspired by my own guilt from a friend who passed recently- who I thought I’d have more time with. Someone I was in contact with often but wished I told them how much they meant to me. None of us are perfect and we all do the best we can but at the end of the day, it isn’t about big grand gestures or knowing the right words to take away the pain. It’s about simply being there through it. If you’re unsure what to say, here are a few examples that folks have crowd sourced of things that are impactful: 🔸“Just thinking about you” messages 🔸Pictures/gifs/videos 🔸Specific offers to help (bring food, watch pets, rides to appointments) 🔸Offers to help take care of household chores (lawn, house cleaning etc) 🔸Post cards/letters periodically to let them know they’re on your mind 🔸Care packages 🔸Texts/messages/calls (knowing they may not always respond) Little efforts go a long way ❤️ Many have asked how I’m doing since my post and I have to say I feel beyond fortunate to be where I am these days. There was a time I wasn’t sure I’d see past 30. I was already stage IV when I was diagnosed and things didn’t look great. But coming up on 3 years later, I am happy to share that I currently have no active cancer and have been fortunate to be able channel the pain from those early days into purpose I spent 1.5 years before I was diagnosed, struggling to be heard and trying to convince others something was wrong. So chronic illness fighters, I see you. The first emotion I felt when I heard I had stage IV cancer was relief that someone believed me. The day I shared my diagnosis, I was flooded with support that I know many of you don’t get as you struggle to track down a diagnosis of your own I have a one in a million cancer, so I also know the pain and uncertainty that comes with an endless stream of unanswered questions and unknowns In the absence of support from others- I want you to know I see and feel your pain and I encourage others who have friends or loved ones that are struggling with any battle to take the time to let them know you care. Your small gestures will always be remembered Someone I look up to a lot (Chris Johnson Foundation Inc.) recently described the act of refocusing their most difficult days as turning their pain into purpose, which resonates with me deeply So much of my outlook has been influenced by facing a bleak prognosis and feeling like I was given a second chance Today’s been a crazy day, seeing this post go viral and wanting to send a giant hug to so many of you- while also having a bit of a surreal and milestone day myself Today, was not only my first day at a new job, a nonprofit very close to my heart that’s moving research forward for rare cancers But I also found myself on the cover of one of the largest cancer magazines, which honestly just feels crazy I promised myself if I ever reached no active cancer, I’d dedicate the gift of time I was given to helping other patients who may come behind me. I give away everything I make from advocacy to research, including 100% of my portion of the earnings from a memoir I’ve been writing Today I feel insanely grateful to have been able to turn my pain into purpose and I hold all of you in my thoughts who are still in the thick of it. My words may not be able to take it all away but I stand with you in solidarity through the pain.

Today I’m announcing a major multi-million dollar defamation lawsuit against Meta, the owner of Facebook & Instagram. The case is WILD and has implications for ALL OF US. On top of falsely calling me a criminal, Meta suggested my kids be taken from me. Here’s a summary of events: This all started with Meta’s AI falsely claiming that I was charged with a crime from January 6th but… I wasn’t even in DC that day (I was in TN) and I’ve never been charged with a crime IN MY LIFE. We found this out in August of 2024 when I was exposing woke policies at Harley Davidson. One dealership was unhappy with me and they posted a screenshot from Meta’s AI in an effort to attack me. This screenshot was filled with lies. I couldn’t believe it was real so I checked myself. It was even worse when I checked. From that day I’ve faced a steady stream of false accusations that are deeply damaging to my character and the safety of my family. This sounds bad, right? It gets MUCH worse. Meta was notified LAST YEAR by my lawyers, yet the defamation continues today. Some lies Meta spread about me: • Meta’s AI claims that I’ve appeared on Nick Fuentes show, that I’ve spoken at his rallies, and that I’ve supported him. I’ve never met him and this is all false. • Meta’s AI claims I’ve engaged in Holocaust denial. I’ve NEVER denied the Holocaust. • Meta’s AI tells advertisers NOT to advertise with me because of the lies it invented. • Meta tells employers NOT to hire me because of the lies it invented. • Meta suggested that MY KIDS BE TAKEN FROM ME because it would be better for them to be raised by someone more friendly to DEI and transgenderism. • Meta’s ironically claimed that I’ve been sued for DEFAMATION and EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. I’ve never been sued for either. I’ve tried to fix this privately since last year. Instead of fixing this and instituting safeguards, Meta has given us the runaround. Meta later BLACKLISTED my name from being searched (insane) but it didn’t end the defamation because Meta includes my name in news stories. You can then ask for more info about me. If you do that, Meta goes back to defaming me. In fact, the lies this week are the worst yet! Meta’s AI admits that a false accusation over J6 is extremely harmful to whoever is accused. It even agrees that a court is LIKELY to rule that this was defamation with ACTUAL MALICE. With my lawsuit today, I intend to MAKE Mark Zuckerberg Meta solve this problem. Why is this so important? While I’m the target today, a candidate you like could be the next target, and lies from Meta’s AI could flip votes that decide the election. YOU could be the next target too. That’s why I’m taking on this David vs. Goliath fight. For me, my honor, my family, for our elections, and FOR YOU! If you want to help me fight ALL the battles that I’m fighting, you can help support my team at Timecodes: (0:00) Intro (0:40) Announcing Meta Lawsuit (2:01) Video of Meta’s AI Defaming Me (03:24) Meta’s AI Tells People Not To Hire or Advertise With Me (04:30) How This All Started (05:35) Trying Meta’s AI Myself — Meta Claims I Was Charged With A Crime (06:06) Meta Says I Support Nick Fuentes (06:45) Meta Says I’m A Holocaust Denier (07:07) Meta’s AI Admits Courts Will Likely Find What They Did To Be Malicious (08:08) The Threat To Our Elections (09:11) More Defamation (09:27) Were Meta’s Lies Used In A Corporate Intelligence Report?
