Does video generation draw from the same Pro usage pool, or is it metered separately?

A tool that creates videos faster than anyone can think of what to do with them - now that's efficiency at its best

The creative pipeline just collapsed from brief → production → handoff into one conversational loop. The next bottleneck is not generation; it is taste, brand consistency, and a fast feedback system.

perplexity turning search into a video production tool is the move. instead of "find a stock video" you just ask and it generates one in context with your research. pro/max paywall keeps it from being abused but also means nobody's actually using it yet except early adopters. real test is whether the video quality holds up or if it's just slick marketing around mediocre outputs

Keeping the clip in the same thread as the copy and creative is the real unlock, since most of the lost time in campaign work is the handoff between tools rather than the rendering itself. The open question is how often a first draft video survives brand review without a round trip through an editor.

One thread for the whole campaign. Client feedback will still find its way to WhatsApp.

This is a major step toward end-to-end creative workflows. Video generation alongside copy and creative is a powerful combination.

Finished video beside the copy is handy; I’d still version the prompt before campaign edits multiply
