In my legal opinion, they can file a Protection from Harassment claim using the N1 Form, downloadable from the government website. You can fill it out, send it to the County Court. “Check your draft with Citizens Advice or a legal advice centre!!!” Brief Details of Claim: 1.Injunction / restraining order – to prevent the harassers from coming near the claimant, embassy, or property. 2.Damages / compensation – for any distress, anxiety, or financial loss caused by the harassment. Respondents: 1.Amir Hossein Torkan 2.Hamedeh Jafariyan 3.Poolad Shadman Particulars of Claim: The Claimant seeks an injunction under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 to restrain the Respondents from further harassment, and compensation as the Court sees fit.
