I cannot be the only person that thinks the singer is kinda mid on these remixes. I swear I’m not a purist that wants it to be like the original,, but man most of the remixes I heard in the broadcast the singer sounded… idk? Like too karaoke like where she was forcing it.

I don't meant to sound like a hater or like an og kinda person but i don't like that in a lot of the new songs there this trend of making high notes when they're not needed, i can see it growing on me though

I guess if is this the first time you played the game is fine but ngl I didn't like any song except the new ones

My biggest issue with P3Rs covers of older songs but that Azumi's voice was too "clean" compared to what Yumi's voice was going for in the original, but even though this vocalist's voice is different it lends itself a lot better to the kind of music Persona 4 has imo. I like it

Ngl the songs are fine and I'm sure they’ll grow on me when I finally play this game, but right now I feel like the originals are better tbh. From the ones they showed I loved all the new tracks but feel mixed on the remixes

Kozuka takes a lot more risks with these than Kitajoh did with the P3R remixes, but I think it mostly pays off. The addition of the funk guitar during the verses is really nice.
