Putin was surprised that the US imposed "very tough sanctions" against Russia's largest oil companies, Lukoil and Rosneft, Lavrov said. "We agreed in Anchorage that Russia supported the United States' proposal for a comprehensive settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.
