He’s demonstrated support and private encouragement for my message of personal responsibility, resourcefulness and productivity at the same time that many mainstream republicans have ignored me. I am steadfast in my beliefs and convictions, and am unafraid to converse with folks who disagree with me, so long as it is in good faith.

This time it's recruiting people to investigate and harass delivery drivers for personal details. This won't end well will it, with his thug-like fanbase? The employees he's asking to investigate may also commit offences that could lead to their dismissal and of course convictions. I dread to think how this will evolve.

I cleaned out my classroom today. One year ago, I was forced to resign from my teaching job in Florida simply because I’m a Black conservative who refused to hide my Republican values. They couldn’t handle a teacher who actually believed in real education, personal responsibility, and traditional American principles. So they pushed me out. It was painful. Just read a heated debate between two bodybuilders about fasted cardio. The argument is that studies don’t support it being any better than fed cardio. In fact, it may be inferior. Let’s see what John Meadows thought about fasted cardio and those studies. My personal, anecdotal experience is that fasted cardio was one of the tools I used to get into the best shape of my life, multiple times in the past. Now that I have more freedom, I do both... But every time I miss my morning fasted cardio session, I feel like I didn’t do 100% of what I know has worked best for me. It’s always in the back of my mind that fasted cardio might be more effective, simply because that’s been my experience. My take is this: if you’ve tried something, anything many times over and you just know it works for you, why try to fix it? Just because some studies say there might be a better way? Like John Meadows said: “You can find a study that supports anything you believe in. If you believe you shouldn’t do it, or you should do it, it doesn’t matter... you’ll find a study that agrees with you. So everybody is right and everybody is wrong.” Later he added: “Experiment and find out if it works for you.” That’s what I think bodybuilding is all about. No study should override your personal experience and convictions or determine your individual choices about how you do things. Because when it comes to bodybuilding and your own body, you’re not a participant in someone else’s study. You’re studying yourself through trial and error. You’re your own experiment.

Just read a heated debate between two bodybuilders about fasted cardio. The argument is that studies don’t support it being any better than fed cardio. In fact, it may be inferior. Let’s see what John Meadows thought about fasted cardio and those studies. My personal, anecdotal experience is that fasted cardio was one of the tools I used to get into the best shape of my life, multiple times in the past. Now that I have more freedom, I do both... But every time I miss my morning fasted cardio session, I feel like I didn’t do 100% of what I know has worked best for me. It’s always in the back of my mind that fasted cardio might be more effective, simply because that’s been my experience. My take is this: if you’ve tried something, anything many times over and you just know it works for you, why try to fix it? Just because some studies say there might be a better way? Like John Meadows said: “You can find a study that supports anything you believe in. If you believe you shouldn’t do it, or you should do it, it doesn’t matter... you’ll find a study that agrees with you. So everybody is right and everybody is wrong.” Later he added: “Experiment and find out if it works for you.” That’s what I think bodybuilding is all about. No study should override your personal experience and convictions or determine your individual choices about how you do things. Because when it comes to bodybuilding and your own body, you’re not a participant in someone else’s study. You’re studying yourself through trial and error. You’re your own experiment.

Forge Your Audience with Consistent Content Creation Content is the lifeblood of your personal brand, magnifying your presence. Set time for writing and publishing on a platform - and commit. Prioritize regularity over sporadic bouts of inspiration. Done > perfect 4. Distill Your Unique Expertise and Find Your Niche Highlight your specific expertise - create and dominate a niche you can call your own. Drill down into the core interests you and your audience share. Own their attention and develop a meaningful connection over the long term. 5. Cultivate Authentic Relationships and Foster Community At the heart of your brand is its community - a group united by your vision. Providing value > transactions Real relationships > revenue Narrate your founding story candidly - authenticity attracts your community. 6. Build a Community The goal is to build a community of raving fans around your curiosity. • Embrace your weirdness • Test hypotheses through writing • Build your tribe of non-conformists Attract people who share your vision. 7.
