Yeah, they hit the FBI and got Jeffrey Epstein's files deleted in 2023 under Democrats. But hey, we don't want to talk about that.

This kid doesn't understand Greenland's strategic value. Meanwhile, Denmark does and is totally cooperating with Trump and the USA, allowing our forces to take permanent and increased residence there.

Trump alienates allies ! There are valid reasons why allies might feel irritated. The bottom line is, an ally being irritated with Trump does not automatically mean Trump is wrong on the underlying policy issue. * Trump has long argued that the United States has carried too much of NATO's defense burden while European countries have been underinvested; differed substantially in meeting the alliance's 2%-of-GDP guideline, a gift to Russia. 👉 US defense expenditure effectively represented 73 per cent of the defense spending of the NATO Alliance as a whole. * Trump's approach to Ukraine has also irritated European governments. There is a legitimate American argument behind his position: the United States has supplied and continues to supply enormous quantities of military equipment and financial assistance while European countries are geographically closer to Russia and have a direct security interest in the outcome. Trump has argued that European countries should carry more of the financial burden rather than relying on American taxpayers * Trump's use of tariffs has irritated virtually every major trading partner. The United States has run substantial merchandise trade deficits with many allies for decades. His argument is that the United States has tolerated persistent trade deficits, foreign barriers to American products, and unequal treatment of American companies, and that tariffs can be used to force reciprocal treatment. So the real question isn't simply, “Do tariffs make some things more expensive?” It's whether Americans are willing to accept some higher costs today in exchange for greater domestic productive capacity, stronger supply-chain security and additional revenue to help finance the ENORMOUS & BLOATED NANNY STATE government they demand—rather than continuing indefinitely down the path of consuming, importing and borrowing more than we produce. * Trump's interest in Greenland isn't entirely inexplicable from a strategic perspective. Greenland has enormous importance because of: its location between North America and Europe; Arctic shipping routes; proximity to Russia; missile-warning and missile-defense considerations; U.S. military facilities already located there; Arctic competition involving Russia and China; mineral resources. Those are legitimate American strategic interests. * The U.S. must automatically align with European governments This is a deeper philosophical difference. Traditional U.S. foreign policy has generally treated the transatlantic relationship as something worth protecting even when Washington and European capitals disagree. Trump's approach is much more transactional: What does America get from this relationship, and what does the other country contribute?

Politicians used to be great once even if they weren’t your team. Now they’re just stooges. We’re so screwed, it’s the beginning of the end of a once great country.

There is a politically biased rhetorical leap in Mockler's argument. The facts don't establish that these kinds of security incidents are unique to the Trump administration (historically, previous administrations have routinely suffered "breaches". Mockler's other asinine position appears to be that "breached" information being valuable to adversaries is somehow a new and unique phenomenon because Trump is in power. Mockler presents these incidents as though Trump/Patel/Hegseth uniquely created a situation in which sensitive U.S. information suddenly became interesting to adversaries
