When COVID-19 halted mass immigration, rent prices dropped. See the rent price chart from Domain with my notes added. Mass immigration (demand) is entirely to blame for housing costs. Concentrating on who owns a property when it's law that it has to be rented out is an insult to the public's general IQ. The election campaign has exposed all to see that Dutton isn’t just a c*nt, he’s an incompetent c*nt. For example, as Home Affairs minister he cooked up Operation Fortitude aka “Papers Please” ordering ABF officers to do random visa checks on people in the streets of Melbourne.
