The hilarious part of that little kerfuffle was that he howled with rage at being compared with Denethor, and every single time doubled-down on why everyone should despair and give up and just let the orcs take the citadel. Then got further enraged when everyone laughed again.

Its possible Peter Hitchens is still a Trotskyite. All he does is prepare us for the future impact of the communist globalist agenda. I was watching this YouTube segment this morning with my dad sitting in the background, listening in. The paralyzing fear coming from people like Peter Hitchens is driven by a massive category error. His entire worldview is trapped inside a dual-polar, good-versus-evil framework. This framing completely ignores the absolute range, breadth, depth, capacity, and cultural understanding in which people actually develop. It ignores the mimesis, the culture, the milieu, and the volksgeist. Those are incredibly useful philosophical concepts that explain how a society functions. Hitchens operates under the delusion that when you apply the exact same systemic pressures that generated Hitler, it necessarily or even generally generates that which is Hitler. That is a failure to understand reality, historical capacity, and the outcomes generated purely by how words work. Words change the way people think, and you think within the linguistic framework of your reality. If the actual zeitgeist of the British volksgeist still upholds that foundational Christian morality, then the generative changes required within the governmental framework will not lead to the outcomes posited by the Austrian painter. This remains true even if the current situation is being driven by a similarly overeducated, completely indoctrinated, and retarded governmental force. The current state is absolutely causing the exact same structural fucking insecurities that were generated by the Weimar government that created the 1930s Germans. We are also dealing with the exact same philosophical background noise of communists creating massive insecurity within the society. But this pressure will not generate the same totalitarian structures in Great Britain. It will necessarily trigger what Britain is known to do when similar forces generate civilizational threats. Look at the historical precedent. When usury threatened the stability of the nation, the British ousted the usurers. When the colonial experience reached its limit and the British were asked to leave, they negotiated and left. The historical British mechanism for resolving incompatible demographics or financial subversion is structural departure or mass expulsion. Germany does not share the same structural value sets, understandings, or conceptualizations that would allow for that specific generative outcome. The German people do not operate under the same language, they do not have the same history, and they became a nation through entirely different, highly centralized circumstances. This is exactly why Hitchens' delusions are so destructive. Fearing that any radical action to save the nation automatically leads to the Third Reich is a complete failure to understand ontology, teleology, and how to actually recognize historical patterns. What happened in 1930s Germany was not even a standard German pattern. The camps and the gassings were a singular historical anomaly, a red herring that basically came out of nowhere. Executing a hard nationalist policy like mass remigration in Britain will follow the actual British pattern of structural expulsion. Fearing the left's reaction so much that you abandon the nation to the forces destroying it, all based on a one-off historical exception, is just cowardice masquerading as moral superiority.

Some of us boomers are not like the others. Stop lumping us all together. We're individuals with different ideas and experiences.

I think that when boomers, such as Hitchens, finally discover that the majority of the people who come to Britain objectively only serve the interests of their own people and homeland, then the spell of tarnishing British people as nazis will be broken. Unfortunately, by the time they wake up from their ideological slumber, it will be far too late.
