Being sore all the time is not a badge. It means: - Your volume is too high - Your recovery is in deficit - Your next session is compromised - Your nervous system is still cleaning up the last one - Your growth is being throttled by accumulated damage Soreness is a sign you did something. It is not a sign you did the right thing. A trained muscle in a sensible programme should rarely be sore at all. The first few weeks of a new stimulus, yes. After that, your body adapts. The soreness fades. The growth carries on without it. People treat this as a problem to solve. They add drop sets. They add finishers. They chase the burn. They want that next-day ache back because the ache feels like proof. It is not proof. It is damage your body now has to repair before it can build anything new. The lifters making the most progress walk out of the gym feeling worked but not wrecked. They train the same muscle again 72 hours later because they can. The sore-every-day brigade train it again in a week and call it advanced programming. It's just bad arithmetic.

OAU transport system was near perfect, adequate buses and bikes, we rarely experienced queues until the First Lady came and decided she didn’t like the ease of transportation and introduced “change” by donating CNG buses. The school management in turn banned all motorcycles and commercial buses on campus and subjected over 30,000 students to just about 50 buses and a few tricycles. OAU has one of the largest land masses of any Nigerian university, yet students are now stranded daily. This is a Monday morning where students are supposed to rush for class, but they are stuck at the campus gate because of the inefficiency of the CNG buses. Students are struggling to go to class in the morning and in the evenings to even get back to their hostels. Students staying off campus now spend almost double to get to campus, all alternative transport means have been removed The management have cars to bypass all of this, but majority of students do not. Yet they released statements talking about how the buses will “ease transportation” and even implied students appreciate the system. Meanwhile, students are trekking, missing classes, and spending hours in queues. Let it be clear that students do not appreciate this system. It has made our lives harder, not better. What used to be a smooth system has now become a daily struggle. There are many pressing issues in this school, but they chose to dismantle a working transport system and replace it with hardship. We can no longer remain silent. Let the whole world know what OAU students are going through. The whitepaper for @ProjectLendX dropped yesterday after many months. This is a disrupter, aiming to change how crypto lending works. To date, most all lending is p2p, $LENDX is the closest thing to institutional lending without the constraints. This is built on #Arbitrum for all of #DeFi. - There is nothing out there on any chain like the ALT function that Lendx developed. - This is true 1 sided lending, liquidity for the pool is provided BY LendX, not p2p. - Incorporated $ARB through a synthetic asset lending loop further adds value. - The ALT function is scalable to size, and it is tech that can be utilized by future projects to fund their protocol without having a token tax. All live on launch, all audited prior. No insane token emissions to provide incentive for p2p lenders, we've cut all the fat out of crypto lending and have a machine built in it's place. It has been a long climb to this point, but from Monday onward the work truly began for the team. Surrounding a hospital in Toronto and yelling “Intifada Intifada!” at it’s patients and staff because the hospital was founded by Jews who have nothing to do with Israel WILL NOT “FREE PALESTINE”! It DOES prove just how low Jew-haters will stoop to bully, harass, and intimidate anyone and anything even remotely Jewish in the name of "social justice." This is what the world has come to.

As we continue to build that momentum, we need to make sure that San Franciscans feel the benefits and can continue to raise their kids in this incredible city. We need to build housing, we need to create jobs, and we need to keep bringing people back downtown, our front door to the world and the economic engine for our city. That’s why today I am proud to announce the BUILD Act with Supervisor Bilal Mahmood—a legislative package that will unlock stalled housing projects and create thousands of good union jobs. The BUILD Act will reform the transfer tax to incentivize investment in these housing projects and buildings downtown—stimulating new jobs for electricians, plumbers, and laborers. And we will put forward a ballot measure in November to ensure that transfer tax is paid on properties in foreclosure so we can offset revenue impacts. Our politicians used to take our workers and our families for granted. But those politicians are gone, and those days are over. We are now creating the conditions for our city’s success. By passing the BUILD Act, we will take the next step, creating the jobs and building the housing that San Franciscans deserve.

One of the worst things you can ever do is tell a child that he can never be good enough and that his worth will always mean nothing. The caste system does exactly this. Hearing such sentences even one time can destroy their lives, and they will spend the rest of their lives in a state of anxiety. They will succumb to perfectionism, trying to prove their worth even in meaningless things. They will no longer be able to relax or chill. They will always try to overcompensate. The caste system is one of the most evil systems ever conceived by humankind. And yes, anyone who advocates it, validates it, or even slightly leans toward it is my enemy. I will have no respect for you or your upbringing. This is my stand, and I will take these words to my grave. This is the bare minimum. Everyone must condemn the caste system and try to abolish it.
