What’s the point of mobilising people to stop Peter Obi from visiting any part of Nigeria? I’m not a fan of Obi, but this makes absolutely no sense. It’s nothing but dirty politics, manipulation, and backwardness. Peter Obi has every right to visit wherever he chooses in Nigeria. And to those being used to chant and cause trouble for ₦5,000, remember that you could lose your life while the politicians who sent you there will eventually reconcile, shake hands, and move on. We’ve seen this happen before, including in Osun. After people die over politics, the same politicians come together and congratulate one another. Don’t allow anyone to use you as a pawn. No politician is worth dying for.
