I’ve been doing some research on $BMNR which is a $ETH treasury with Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FundstratDirect.com as chairman. There are many interesting things about this company, but here’s one thing in particular that I see commonly mistaken. Some investors steer clear of $BMNR because it is dilutive to shareholders. Well as Tom Lee explains to amit below, $BMNR is actually the opposite of dilutive, since they are constantly increasing $ETH per share, and only issuing shares when they are trading above mNAV. Another thing particularly interesting is that Tom Lee says that $BMNR can currently stake their ~$9B of $ETH and earn ~$300M of net income. And since $BMNR is about 1/3 of the way to their 5% goal, that would be around ~$1B of net income for $BMNR once they hit that 5% goal just by staking their $ETH. I’m very interested!
