CREATED with seedance 2.5 on Higgsfield AI 🧩 Duration: 30 seconds Aspect Ratio: 16:9 horizontal Model: Seedance 2.5 Reference: lolwasdf 1 CHARACTER CONSISTENCY Use the person from lolwasdf 1 as the exact same real person throughout the entire video. Preserve facial identity, facial structure, skin tone, hairstyle, hairline and natural appearance. Do not transform the person into someone else. Ignore the background, pose and clothing from lolwasdf 1. Outfit: simple dark gym clothes, practical and slightly loose, realistic workout appearance. Hair naturally tied back if applicable. OVERALL LOOK Make this feel like a real everyday gym vlog recorded on an older iPhone, not a cinematic production. 16:9 horizontal, standard 1x phone lens, normal perspective, no fisheye or ultra-wide distortion. Slightly imperfect framing, occasional focus hunting, exposure changes and natural handheld movement. Low-resolution phone-camera character with realistic compression, mild digital noise and imperfect sharpness. Natural skin pores, sweat, flyaway hairs and small imperfections remain visible. Harsh overhead gym lighting with slightly inconsistent white balance. No cinematic color grading, beauty filter, dramatic lighting or polished commercial look. One continuous realistic gym environment with free weights, benches, dumbbells, racks and mirrors. Any logos, signs or readable text must remain blurred or illegible. --- 00:00–00:05 — ARRIVAL Start outside the weight-training area. The person holds the phone casually while walking into the gym. The framing is slightly imperfect, with the phone moving naturally while walking. She looks into the lens and gives a small tired smile: “Leg day again… honestly, I almost skipped today.” She turns the phone slightly toward the gym floor, briefly showing the busy workout area. Natural footsteps and gym ambience. --- 00:05–00:09 — WARM-UP Cut to the phone resting on a bench. Medium-wide static view. She enters frame, places a water bottle down and begins a quick dynamic warm-up near a squat rack. She stretches her legs, shakes them out and takes a breath before training. A person naturally passes in the distant background. No staged posing. --- 00:09–00:15 — HEAVY SET Camera remains propped at a low three-quarter angle. She performs a controlled set of heavy squats. Show realistic effort rather than exaggerated acting. Her breathing becomes heavier. On the final repetition, she struggles slightly, completes the rep with controlled form and carefully re-racks the weight. She steps backward, pauses and catches her breath. Sweat is beginning to appear naturally on her forehead and neck. Keep the entire movement physically believable. --- 00:15–00:19 — QUICK CHECK-IN She picks up the phone. Handheld close selfie shot. The framing is slightly off-center and the autofocus briefly adjusts. She wipes sweat from her forehead and says naturally: “Okay… that was way harder than I expected.” She gives a short laugh, takes a sip of water and turns the phone back toward the workout area. No scripted influencer energy; make it feel spontaneous. 00:19–00:24 — DIFFERENT EXERCISE Cut to a new static angle with the phone resting against a gym bag. She performs walking dumbbell lunges through a small open area. Show several controlled repetitions. The camera stays completely static while her movement naturally enters and exits the frame. Other gym members move casually in the distant background. Dumbbells, footsteps and occasional weight sounds create authentic ambience. --- 00:24–00:27 — POST-WORKOUT MOMENT Cut to a close handheld shot. She sits briefly on a bench, breathing heavily. She looks down for a second, then looks back at the camera with a tired smile. Natural sweat, slightly messy hair and realistic breathing. She quietly says: “Yeah… I’m definitely feeling this tomorrow.” --- 00:27–00:30 — ENDING Final handheld selfie.

Most people are still arguing about whether AI video is good enough. That argument ended. They just haven't been told. Full prompt: CAMERA: DV 16mm tape camcorder handheld aesthetic, landscape framing. A gorgeous glamorous European fitness influencer films herself directly by hand in selfie-cam and first-person style. Keep realistic hand shake, slightly crooked framing, delayed autofocus, awkward zoom-ins and zoom-outs, occasional motion blur, and small framing mistakes where part of her face briefly slips out of frame. Mix handheld selfie footage with a few fixed external shots. Important: never show her placing, adjusting, or setting up a camera. When switching from handheld footage to a fixed external angle, use a clean jump cut as if the camera had already been positioned before the shot began. The camera itself must never appear on screen, including in mirror reflections. LOOK: Soft digital tape camcorder look with subtle vintage DV character. Slight blur, faint tape noise, mild highlight bloom under gym lighting, subtle auto-exposure flicker, muted contrast, realistic skin texture, believable indoor lighting, realistic skin tones. STYLE: A realistic late-night gym vlog with a sexy Instagram-model vibe. The tone is playful, confident, a little flirty, slightly breathless, and natural. She is clearly attractive and charismatic, but the video should still feel like a believable self-recorded vlog, not a polished commercial. Fast clean jump cuts, strong continuity, natural body language, no awkward dead moments. CHARACTER: An exceptionally beautiful glamorous European brunette woman in her mid-20s. She has a highly photogenic face, large almond-shaped brown eyes, long lashes, full glossy lips, sculpted cheekbones, a refined nose, flawless lightly tanned glowing skin, and long thick glossy dark-brown hair tied in a high ponytail. She looks like a high-end Instagram fitness and lifestyle influencer, not an ordinary gym visitor. She has a slim, feminine, athletic hourglass figure. She wears polished soft-glam makeup, a fitted stylish long-sleeve athletic crop top, high-waisted fitted leggings, clean white sneakers, and a towel around her neck or over one shoulder. No jewelry. SETTING: A quiet modern gym late at night. Mirror wall, dumbbell rack, flat bench, stretching mat, a water bottle on a bench, soft warm overhead lights, mostly empty space, calm atmosphere, no crowd, no trainer, no extra people. IMPORTANT CONTINUITY RULES: The same woman must remain fully consistent in every shot. No face changes, no hairstyle changes, no outfit changes, no body changes. No extra people appearing, not even in the mirror. No duplicated limbs. No broken hands. No disappearing water bottle. No broken gym equipment. No impossible movements. Mirror reflections must match her real position and must never show a camera. No camera visible. No camera setup shown. Keep her beautiful, polished, and photogenic in every shot. STORYBOARD: 30 seconds total, 10 cuts. 1. (~3s, arm's-length selfie) She walks slowly through the gym holding the camera herself, slightly out of breath but smiling confidently. Dialogue: "Okay… late-night gym vlog." 2. (~3s, handheld pan across the room and back to her) The camera drifts across the dumbbell rack, mirror wall, and empty gym floor, then returns to her face. Dialogue: "It's basically empty in here." 3. (~3s, mirror selfie angle) She stops near the mirror, adjusts her ponytail, glances at herself, then smirks at the lens. Dialogue: "I look tired, but we're still doing this." 4. (~3s, fixed external medium shot) Jump cut to a fixed shot. She is already in position near the bench, picks up a pair of dumbbells, and gets ready. No camera setup shown. No dialogue. 5. (~3s, same fixed shot) She performs a short controlled set of dumbbell shoulder presses with clean form, then lowers the weights and exhales with a smile. Dialogue: "That woke me up fast." 6. (~3s, handheld walking selfie) She picks the vlog back up in selfie mode, towel over one shoulder, breathing a little harder as she walks a few steps. Dialogue: "Upper body done… and I'm already dying." 7. (~3s, tight handheld close-up) She grabs the water bottle, takes a drink, lowers it, and exhales in relief. Dialogue: "Best part of the workout." 8. (~3s, fixed external wider shot facing the mirror) Jump cut to a fixed shot. She does a quick playful stretch, a small mirror pose, then laughs softly at herself. Dialogue: "A little stretch so I can pretend I'm disciplined." 9. (~3s, handheld close selfie) Her cheeks are slightly flushed, she brushes back a loose strand of hair, smiling in a tired but satisfied way. Dialogue: "I always say quick workout… and then stay forever." 10. (~3s, arm's-length selfie ending) She walks toward the exit, still filming herself, gives a tired little wave and a genuine smile. Dialogue: "Okay, I'm done. Good night." FINAL INSTRUCTION: The result must feel like a real self-recorded late-night gym vlog by a glamorous Instagram fitness influencer. Prioritize realistic handheld motion, strong continuity, believable pacing, natural breathing, attractive appearance, and subtle imperfection. Keep it sexy, polished, and realistic. Not artificial, not stiff, not boring.

Janine Powell ran a Post Office branch in Tiverton, Devon. In 2007 Post Office bosses accused her of stealing £74,000. Their own courts later found the Post Office knew its Horizon system had bugs from the earliest days of its operation. They prosecuted her anyway. Post Office lawyers offered her a deal, plead guilty to false accounting and they would drop the theft charge. She said no, she wasn't pleading guilty to something she hadn't done. So they took her to trial in Exeter in 2008 and got their conviction. The judge gave her 18 months. She walked into prison two days after her daughter's 10th birthday. She served five months behind bars, then three more wearing an electronic tag. She left three children behind, aged 10 to 18, in the care of friends because their mother was in a cell instead of at home. She came out with a criminal record that made her unemployable, a hometown she felt too ashamed to walk through, and depression that pushed her toward suicide. This was never a rogue glitch nobody noticed. The Court of Appeal later ruled the Post Office "consistently asserted that Horizon was robust and reliable" and "steamrolled over" any subpostmaster who challenged it, calling the prosecutions an affront to the conscience of the court. Post Office lawyers hid evidence of Horizon's faults from courts, prosecutors and defence teams, to protect the organisation at all costs. Powell's conviction was quashed in 2022, one of hundreds overturned in what is now Britain's widest miscarriage of justice. More than 700 sub-postmasters were prosecuted between 1999 and 2015 by an organisation that knew its own evidence was rotten and used it anyway. Janine Powell has given evidence to the ongoing public inquiry. More than 45 people connected to the scandal are now under criminal investigation. Still, nobody who signed off on her prosecution has spent a night in the cell they sent her to. SOURCES BBC News (UK) ITV News Nick Wallis

A 3-month-old baby girl is dead after a Cane Corso attacked her while co-sleeping with her caregiver and the dog in Augusta, Georgia. Little Zamora Robinson was being watched by 37-year-old Molly Hudson when the unthinkable happened. Hudson woke up to blood on the floor and walls… and found the baby unresponsive in the hallway with injuries from the dog’s teeth. The Sheriff's Office said the scene was immediately secured, and all occupants of the home were safely removed while investigators began processing evidence and conducting interviews. Authorities say the infant child was one of several foster children living in the home at 502 Hillview Circle, a six-bedroom residence. Authorities said a Cane Corso was removed from the residence by Animal Services as investigators worked to determine exactly what happened. One person close to the family said the baby's mother was staying with her foster mother in the home and keeping Zamora there as well after the child's birth on March 3, 2026. The mother, identified online as Cari Robinson, celebrated Zamora's one-month birthday in April with a Facebook post that identified the child as Zamora Jaxlyn Saphari Wider. "From the moment she arrived, she changed our whole world and you softened it, brightened it, and filled every corner with purpose," Cari wrote on Facebook. "Zamora, you are everything we prayed for and everything we didn't even know we needed. In just 31 days you've shown us strength, sweetness, attitude, and a personality that's already shining through. You're growing, stretching, learning, and reminding us every day that love can be tiny and powerful at the same time." No charges have been announced yet. The investigation is ongoing.

EXCLUSIVE: Young Ontario woman's life becomes a living hell after Moderna booster shot leaves her paralyzed. Doctors confirm vaccine connection and offer Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID). Kayla Pollock is a 37-year-old mother from Ontario whose life took a drastic turn after receiving a Moderna Covid-19 booster shot. She experienced paralysis from the neck down and has been enduring a challenging ordeal ever since. Kayla's early years were marked by unspeakable cruelty and suffering. As an infant, she endured the horrors of severe abuse, including broken bones, cigarette burns, and bruises inflicted upon her helpless body by her parents. Her distressing situation prompted the intervention of family and children services, ultimately leading to her placement in a caring, loving and supportive home. As she grew older, Kayla dedicated the majority of her younger adult years to behavioral training of exotic animals. However, she eventually made the decision to resign from this profession after having her son, recognizing the inherent risks of the job. Kayla eventually ended up in the small town of Mount Albert, Ontario, where she co-raised her son after a separation. She worked as a casual educational assistant at Robert Munsch Public School, assisting kindergarten children. Her home was conveniently located right next to the school. Kayla's son attended the same school where she worked, and she expressed her love for her job and the positive direction her life was heading. Describing herself as fit, healthy, and very active, Kayla enjoyed hiking, being outdoors, gardening, and going places with her son. When the pandemic struck, Kayla recalls the mainstream media, politicians, and public health officials emphasizing the severity of the virus and urging everyone to get vaccinated. She remembers health officials specifically advising that those at highest risk should prioritize getting vaccinated. Being immunocompromised and a type one diabetic, Kayla heeded the advice of health officials and received the first two Pfizer shots in the middle of 2021 and didn’t experience any issues. Additionally, she mentions another reason for getting vaccinated was because her father resided in a long-term care facility with dementia, and vaccination was going to be a requirement for entry into the care home. Kayla then decided to take a booster, but this time it was a Moderna booster shot. She recounts going to a vaccination drive and the police being there. She found that odd and questioned why the police were present. According to Kayla, people were upset that Moderna was being given out instead of Pfizer, and that was the reason for the police presence. Kayla says that something didn’t sit right in her gut, but she went ahead with the Moderna booster shot anyway. She explains her reasoning for getting the third shot was because she felt like a third one would be mandated at some point to get access into her dads long term care home. She received the Moderna booster shot on January 11, 2022. Four days later, Kayla described a situation where her legs just gave out, and she collapsed, but all seemed fine a short time later. Then, nine days later, she experienced a similar event, and at that time, she called her doctor, asking to see a neurologist because she suspected something wasn’t right. On the morning of February 22, 2022, Kayla's life took an irreversible turn. As she awoke, opened her eyes, a sudden realization struck her – she couldn't move her body. Despite the shock, she says she remained calm and started yelling for help. Fortunately, her boyfriend who spent the night, was in the driveway preparing to leave for work, and heard her cries for help. Her boyfriend called 911 and Kayla was transported to Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket, Ontario. While in the emergency department Kayla recounts that the attending physician initially dismissed her symptoms, suggesting that it was all in her head and portrayed her as a "crazy person," and ordered a psychiatric consult. All of what Kayla describes happening is evident in her medical records which we obtained and reviewed. Eventually, an MRI was conducted, revealing that Kayla had a very large lesion on her spinal cord. A neurologist followed up with Kayla and recommended a course of steroids in an attempt to decrease the size of the lesion. Kayla questioned the neurologist and asked if the lesion could be a tumor. In an audio recording taken by Kayla’s boyfriend, the neurologist responds, saying, “it's less likely a tumor” and that it is his “gut impression it was caused by the vaccine.” When Kayla questions the doctor as to whether many people have had something similar happen to them, the doctor responds, saying “many people have had it.” Later, Kayla would learn that she had developed transverse myelitis, a condition that interrupts the transmission of messages along the spinal cord nerves throughout the body. She would go on to spend several months in the hospital, where she says she was offered medical assistance in dying (MAID) on two occasions but rejected the offer. During Kayla's hospital stay, she received steroids, which she claims helped to some extent, allowing her to regain very slight movement in her arms, hands, and fingers. However, she still has absolutely no feeling from the neck down. Visually examining her fingernails reveals decay due to the lack of nerve function. Kayla believes that if the initial doctor had taken her concerns seriously, rather than dismissing her as a "crazy person," and promptly ordered an MRI, she might have been able to walk again or experience sensation in some parts of her body that she doesn’t have today. After her initial treatment at the local hospital, Kayla was subsequently transferred to Lyndhurst Rehabilitation Centre in Toronto to undergo several months of intensive rehabilitation aimed at attempting to restore her physical capabilities and adapting to her new reality. Unfortunately, Kayla says that rehab did not help her. Following her discharge from the hospital, she now takes a long list of drugs daily. She ended up losing everything she worked hard for—her home, the ability to co-raise her son, and her job, essentially losing everything. Kayla was placed on provincial disability and was forced to move away from Mount Albert, where her son lives, into an apartment that could accommodate her wheelchair accessibility needs. Kayla has faced challenges in obtaining the promised hours of in-home care after leaving the hospital. Kayla relies on a personal support worker to help her get out of bed each morning, another organization assists with meal preparation, and in the evenings, a friend comes over to manually extract feces from her bowel and aid her in getting into bed. Securing compensation through the federal government’s Vaccine Injury Support Program (VISP) has been difficult for Kayla. She initiated the application process in July of 2022, following up with the program six months later. However, according to Kayla, her application was still under review at that time. Another six months elapsed, and when she sought an update, the program informed her that they had never received her initial application. In response, Kayla reapplied to the program and was recently assigned a case worker. Uncertainty looms over whether she will be approved and, if approved, when she will receive any form of compensation. Kayla faces challenges in performing simple tasks both at home and in the community. She is in a difficult financial situation and desperately seeks a service dog. According to her, having a service dog would not only assist her with daily tasks but also offer companionship, providing her with much-needed company. An organization called Veterans 4 Freedom has stepped in to help Kayla and has set up a GiveSendGo campaign to help her raise funds for a service dog. A link to that fundraising campaign is below.

CAMERA / VISUAL AESTHETIC Raw personal footage casually recorded by a friend on an early-2000s consumer DV camcorder. Strong handheld shake, imperfect framing, autofocus hunting, exposure shifts, occasional motion blur, faded colors, soft digital detail, mild noise, accidental zooms and natural camera imperfections. No stabilization, drone footage, gimbal movement, dramatic lighting or polished commercial cinematography. — OUTSIDE THE HOUSE She steps outside carrying a small reusable shopping bag. She locks the door, adjusts her messy ponytail and looks toward the camera with a relaxed smile. A light summer breeze moves her hair as she starts walking down the lane. — BAKERY STOP She reaches a tiny neighborhood bakery and buys a warm pastry. She steps outside, takes her first bite and immediately smiles because it tastes good. She notices her friend filming and holds the pastry toward the camera playfully before taking another bite. — WALKING HOME She continues down the narrow street while eating. A neighborhood cat follows her for a few steps. She notices it, crouches down and gently pets it. The cat walks away and she laughs before continuing. — SMALL ACCIDENT She walks beneath a large tree when a few leaves fall onto her hair. She stops, looks confused, then realizes what happened and laughs. She brushes the leaves away while her friend zooms awkwardly toward her face. She looks directly into the camera and says: "Seriously?" — QUIET MOMENT She reaches a low concrete wall beside the street and sits down for a moment. She finishes the pastry while watching bicycles and neighbors passing through the lane. A gentle breeze moves her hair. She casually fixes her ponytail and looks around peacefully. — FINAL MOMENT She stands up and continues walking home. After a few steps, she turns back toward the camera with a small playful smile and says: "Come on." She keeps walking down the sunny lane while the camera follows behind. She disappears around the corner and the recording abruptly cuts to black. AUDIO Natural location sound only: birds, summer insects, footsteps, bicycle bells, distant scooters, leaves moving in the breeze, bakery sounds, neighborhood conversations and subtle camera-handling noise. No music. No narration. No artificial sound effects. Only the two spoken lines specified above. FINAL FEEL The entire video should feel like a forgotten summer recording from the early 2000s. Warm, feminine, casual, slightly playful, intimate and nostalgic. No dramatic events, no exaggerated acting, no model poses and no polished cinematic shots. The realism should come from ordinary surroundings, natural expressions, small accidents, realistic environmental movement and imperfect camcorder operation.

Kate posted another "grief journey" video… and then deleted it. In it she claims she drove from Charleston to Miami, passed Palm Beach where they "used to live", drove by the house and saw two kids’ scooters outside. According to her that made her angry because "this should have been us" and that they talked so much about having a family and a future. First of all, the Isle of Wellington is a gated community with 24/7 security. You don’t just casually drive through there unless you actually live there or have access. So the whole "I just happened to drive by the house" story already sounds questionable. But the bigger issue is the narrative she keeps pushing. Liam already HAD a family. He already HAD a child. Bear wasn’t some future dream, he was Liam’s reality. Liam literally bought his home, so he could live closer to Cheryl and Bear and be present in his son’s life. And what happened next? Kate made it very clear how much she hated the UK. The weather made her "depressed", she hated the lifestyle, hated being there, hated everything about it. So Liam ended up moving to Florida. Away from his family. Away from his son. So hearing her now talk about "this should have been us" and some fantasy family future is honestly unbelievable when the reality is that Liam had already built his life around being close to his child until she came along and couldn’t stand living in the same country. And let’s not forget the irony here. When Kate turned 24, Liam chose to go to Bear’s birthday party instead of celebrating hers. Because he’s a father. And what did she do? She threw a fit, went out with her friends and ignored him. But now suddenly the narrative is about how badly she wanted that family life. At the same time she says people "look up to her" for her grief journey while she’s constantly posting dinners, parties, nights out and influencer events. The lifestyle she shows every single day. You cannot build an entire narrative around grief and being looked up to while constantly rewriting Liam’s life into a story centered around yourself. Liam was a father first. A son. A brother. A friend. An artist. His life didn’t start with her. And it definitely wasn’t supposed to revolve around the future she imagined. #JusticeForLiam

POST OFFICE LAWYER WHO REFUSED TO TESTIFY NOW FACES HER OWN TRIBUNAL Jane MacLeod ran the Post Office legal department from 2015 to 2019. That is the exact window when the organisation was busy defending itself against the subpostmasters it had already destroyed. In 2024 the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry asked her to come and explain herself. She said no. She offered a written statement instead and argued too much time had passed for her memory to matter. Inquiry chair Sir Wyn Williams offered to pay her flights and hotel from Australia where she now lives. She still refused, in person or by video link. He admitted publicly that forcing her back would need a criminal conviction and possibly extradition. That process would outlast most subpostmasters patience for justice. So she walked. Now the Solicitors Regulation Authority SRA has referred her to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. The allegation covers April to July 2024, when she failed to cooperate fully with the Inquiry. She is also named as a significant individual in the Metropolitan Police investigation Operation Olympos. When BBC cameras doorstepped her about documents suggesting the Post Office lied about knowing Horizon was faulty, her answer was no comment. A strong move from someone who used to run a legal team built on telling the public the opposite. Over 900 subpostmasters were wrongly prosecuted between 1999 and 2009 because of broken Fujitsu software. Lives and marriages were wrecked while people in her position drafted the legal advice that kept the lie standing. A second solicitor, Nick Gould, has also been referred, over how he charged exonerated subpostmistresses for help after their convictions were quashed. dodging a public inquiry from the other side of the planet while your victims are still waiting for compensation says plenty on its own. Seedance 2.5 on TapNow Prompt Create a 30-second, 16:9 ultra-realistic handheld lifestyle vlog following the same young Japanese woman in her 20s through an ordinary afternoon in Kyoto. Keep her face, identity, hairstyle, body, outfit, accessories, and proportions perfectly consistent in every shot. She wears a tight pastel green halter top, straight-leg light denim jeans, yellow canvas sneakers, a small tan tote bag, and thin gold hoop earrings throughout. New scenario: A quiet afternoon in Kyoto 0–5s — Leaving home She steps out of a small traditional Kyoto townhouse into a quiet residential lane. She checks the sky, adjusts the strap of her tote bag, and notices the camera. She gives a small smile and says naturally: 「今日は、ゆっくりしよう。」 She starts walking, and the camera follows a little late. 5–11s — Small flower shop She stops at a tiny neighborhood flower shop, looks at a bucket of fresh flowers, and gently touches a small yellow flower. She smiles and says: 「この色、好きだな。」 She buys one small flower, places it carefully in her tote bag, and walks outside. The camera briefly loses focus on her hands before finding her face again. 11–17s — Quiet café She enters a small local café, orders an iced tea, and sits near the window. She looks outside at the passing bicycles and old wooden buildings, then turns toward the camera and says softly: 「こういう時間、落ち着くね。」 She takes a sip, notices the camera still filming, and gives a slightly amused smile. 17–23s — Narrow walking street She leaves the café and walks through a narrow street lined with small shops. A delivery bicycle passes unexpectedly, and she steps aside with a little laugh. She looks back at the camera and says: 「あ、びっくりした。」 She continues walking, holding her tote bag naturally at her side. 23–27s — Canal-side pause She reaches a quiet canal-side path in the late afternoon. She sits on a low stone ledge, places her drink beside her, and takes the small flower out of her tote bag. She looks at it for a moment, then watches the water. The wind moves her hair naturally, and she gives a small, genuine smile. 27–30s — Walking home She stands, puts the flower back into her tote bag, and starts walking away. After a few steps, she looks back at the camera and says: 「また、ゆっくり歩こうね。」 She continues walking as the camera follows behind. Recording naturally ends around 29.5 seconds. Filming style Genuine footage filmed casually by a close friend on a smartphone or compact camera. Handheld shake, imperfect framing, autofocus hunting, exposure pumping, natural motion blur, mild digital noise, occasional late camera reactions. No gimbal, drone, cinematic choreography, slow motion, beauty filter, or commercial look. Camcorder aesthetic Authentic early-2000s MiniDV / consumer camcorder footage, as if someone found an old family tape from around 2002–2005. 4:3 home-video framing Slight handheld shake Imperfect framing Autofocus hunting Occasional exposure pumping Mild blown highlights Soft digital sharpness Interlaced-looking motion characteristics Subtle motion blur Low dynamic range Faded, slightly warm colors Realistic digital noise Tiny compression artifacts Occasional accidental micro-zoom Imperfect white balance Slight lens flare when sunlight hits the lens Natural camera operator mistakes Do not make the footage excessively degraded. It should still be clear enough to see her face and environment. Realism The most important goal is believability. Accurate human biomechanics, grounded feet, continuous objects, realistic walking, sitting, drinking, and handling of the flower. Consistent architecture and wardrobe. Hands must remain anatomically correct with five fingers. Clothes must move naturally with her body and wind.

Made this cinematic sequence using Seedance 2.5 The realism, camera movements, water physics, explosions, and intense atmosphere are on another level. AI video generation is getting seriously cinematic. Prompt ⤵️ Create a 30-second ultra-realistic cinematic disaster sequence with a dark, intense, Hollywood-blockbuster atmosphere. Main character: A young woman with short, messy dark hair, wearing a soaked white T-shirt and light-colored shorts. Keep her appearance consistent throughout the entire video. Her face should remain realistic and expressive, showing fear, shock, exhaustion, and determination. Scene 1 — 0–5 seconds: Open with an extreme close-up of the woman running toward the camera through a dark industrial shipping yard at night. Heavy rain is falling, her hair and clothes are completely wet, and she is breathing heavily. Behind her, bright industrial lights glow through thick smoke and mist. The camera moves backward smoothly while maintaining focus on her face. Add realistic rain droplets on the camera lens, dramatic backlighting, atmospheric fog, and handheld cinematic movement. Scene 2 — 5–10 seconds: Cut to a wider shot as she runs through the flooded container yard. Large shipping containers surround her, emergency lights flash in the distance, and explosions/fire erupt behind her. She looks over her shoulder in panic while continuing to run. Water splashes dramatically around her legs with every step. Use realistic fire, smoke, debris, rain, and volumetric lighting. Scene 3 — 10–15 seconds: She suddenly loses her balance and falls into the flooded ground. Show the impact in slow motion for a moment, with water splashing around her. She quickly pushes herself back up while terrified people run in the background. A massive wave of smoke, debris, and water moves through the shipping yard behind them. Use a low-angle camera close to the ground for a powerful disaster-movie perspective. Scene 4 — 15–21 seconds: She gets back on her feet and starts sprinting toward safety. The camera tracks alongside her at high speed. Containers shake, debris flies through the air, vehicles and objects are pushed around by the powerful force behind her. Keep her face and body consistent. Alternate between close-ups of her frightened expression and wide shots showing the enormous scale of destruction. Scene 5 — 21–25 seconds: She reaches a large modern building filled with terrified people. The camera follows her inside as everyone rushes toward safety. People are falling, crawling, and helping each other while water and debris can be seen outside through the entrance. The lighting changes from cold blue-gray exterior lighting to dramatic warm interior lighting. Scene 6 — 25–30 seconds: Suddenly transition to a massive luxury yacht in the middle of a violent ocean. Huge dark waves surround the vessel under a stormy sky. The camera starts behind the yacht and slowly reveals an enormous shark-like sea creature emerging from the ocean directly behind it, creating a terrifying final reveal. The creature rises through the waves with water cascading from its body. End with a gigantic wave crashing toward the yacht. Visual style: photorealistic Hollywood disaster film, cinematic color grading, realistic skin texture, physically accurate water and rain, volumetric fog, dramatic practical lighting, realistic fire and smoke, detailed environments, natural motion blur, shallow depth of field, dynamic camera movement, high contrast, atmospheric storm clouds, extremely detailed CGI, 4K cinematic quality. Camera: mixture of handheld close-ups, smooth tracking shots, wide establishing shots, low-angle disaster shots, slow-motion impact moments, and dramatic aerial/wide shots. Sound design: heavy rainfall, thunder, distant explosions, sirens, screaming crowds, footsteps splashing through water, crashing metal, deep cinematic bass, roaring waves, and an intense rising orchestral score that builds toward the final creature reveal.

Seedance 2.5 vs WAN 3.0 - same viral video One of them is dead in the water - You judge Prompt: Handheld digital camcorder aesthetic, landscape framing. A gorgeous fitness and food influencer films herself by hand in selfie-cam and first-person style while cooking a late-night high-protein meal after training and a shower. Keep realistic hand shake, slightly crooked framing, autofocus briefly hunting between her face and the food, awkward zoom-ins onto the pan, occasional motion blur, brief lens steam-up over the hot pan that clears naturally, and small framing mistakes where her face or the pan edge slips out of frame. Mix handheld selfie footage with a few fixed external shots. Important: never show her placing, adjusting, or setting up a camera. When switching from handheld footage to a fixed external angle, use a clean jump cut as if the camera had already been positioned before the shot began. The camera itself must never appear on screen or in the window reflection. LOOK: Warm late-night kitchen light. A single warm pendant over the counter, cool blue night visible through the window behind her, under-cabinet strip light glowing on the backsplash. Slight camcorder softness, faint noise in the shadows, mild bloom on the pendant. Food realism is the core of the look: real sizzle with fine oil spatter, steam rising and curling from the pan, honest food textures with sear marks and glistening surfaces, knife cuts that separate cleanly, droplets on rinsed vegetables. Realistic skin texture, fresh-from-the-shower glow, clean dewy skin, realistic skin tones. STYLE: A realistic late-night what-I-eat-after-training vlog. The tone is relaxed, hungry, funny, quietly confident, and natural, talking to the lens like a friend while her hands keep working. She is clearly attractive and charismatic, but the video must feel like a believable self-recorded kitchen vlog, not a food commercial. Fast clean jump cuts, strong continuity, natural body language, real kitchen sounds, sizzle, chopping, no awkward dead moments. CHARACTER: The woman in the reference image. Her face, features, skin tone, body, and clothing must match the reference image exactly in every shot — she wears exactly what she is wearing in the reference image. Do not restyle, beautify, or alter her in any way beyond the reference. The one addition: a soft white towel wrapped around her head like a turban, as if she just stepped out of the shower. The towel stays neatly wrapped for the whole video. A few small damp strands of hair may peek out at the hairline and neck. Minimal or no makeup, fresh clean post-shower look. A small kitchen towel over one shoulder for most of the video. SETTING: A small warm real apartment kitchen at night. Wooden counter with knife marks, a gas hob with one cast-iron pan, a cutting board with chicken breast and vegetables, a bowl of cooked rice, a bottle of olive oil, salt in a small dish, a fridge with magnets and photos, dishes drying on a rack, dark window over the sink reflecting the warm kitchen. Lived-in and slightly cluttered. No other people, no pets. IMPORTANT CONTINUITY RULES: The same woman from the reference image must remain fully consistent in every shot. No face changes, no outfit changes, no body changes. The head towel stays wrapped in the same position in every shot — it never unwraps, falls, changes color, or disappears. The meal progresses in one direction only: raw ingredients, then chopping, then searing, then plating, then eating, and never reverses or regenerates. Food already cooked never becomes raw again. Hands and knife are the top priority: five fingers always, correct knife grip with curled guiding fingers, clean cuts, the knife never bends and never passes through her hand. The pan, board, oil bottle and rice bowl stay in the same positions. Steam and sizzle must behave with real physics. No extra people, including in the dark window reflection, and the reflection never shows a camera. No duplicated limbs. No camera visible. No camera setup shown. Keep her matching the reference image, warm, and photogenic in every shot. STORYBOARD: 30 seconds total, 10 cuts. (~3s, arm's-length selfie) She leans on the counter, towel wrapped on her head, clearly fresh from the shower after training, and grins tiredly at the lens. Dialogue: "Trained late. Showered. Starving. Let's cook." (~3s, handheld pan across the counter and back to her) The camera drifts across the board with raw chicken and vegetables, the pan, the rice bowl, then back up to her face. Dialogue: "Ten minute meal. Watch." (~3s, fixed external medium shot from across the counter) Jump cut. She is already chopping a red pepper with quick confident cuts, guiding fingers curled, pieces falling evenly. No camera setup shown. No dialogue, just the knife on the board. (~3s, same fixed shot) She slices the chicken breast into strips, seasons it from the salt dish with a high pinch, and rubs it in with her fingertips. Dialogue: "Protein first. Always." (~3s, tight handheld first-person shot over the pan) Oil shimmering, she lays the chicken strips in one by one and they hit with a loud real sizzle, fine spatter, steam rising into the lens which fogs for a beat and clears. No dialogue, just the sizzle. (~3s, handheld selfie while the pan sizzles behind her) She turns the camera on herself, fanning steam away from her face, laughing, one hand briefly steadying the head towel. Dialogue: "The smell. You have no idea." (~3s, tight handheld close-up of the pan) She flips the strips with tongs, showing deep golden sear marks, tosses in the peppers, and shakes the pan once so everything jumps and resettles. Dialogue: "That colour? That's the whole point." (~3s, fixed external shot) Jump cut. She plates it: rice pressed from the bowl, chicken and peppers over the top, a last drizzle of olive oil in a thin ribbon, and she wipes the plate rim with the towel like a chef, then smirks at her own seriousness. Dialogue: "Yes, I wiped the rim. Let me live." (~3s, tight handheld close-up) First fork bite, steam still coming off it, she chews, closes her eyes for a beat and nods slowly. Dialogue: "Ten minutes. That's it. Ridiculous." (~3s, arm's-length selfie ending) Plate in one hand, camera in the other, she backs out of the kitchen toward the sofa, flicking the kitchen light off with her elbow. Dialogue: "Okay. Eating. Good night." FINAL INSTRUCTION: The result must feel like a real self-recorded late-night cooking vlog by an athlete who actually cooks, filmed right after her shower. The highest priorities are matching the reference image exactly, correct hands and knife work at close range, one-directional cooking progression that never reverses, real sizzle, steam and food texture, the head towel staying consistently wrapped, honest warm kitchen light against the dark window, and subtle imperfection. Keep it warm, hungry, and real. Not a food commercial, not overhead recipe content, not stiff.

Pain demands to be felt We brought Banban home around 2017. Papa was planning to pass her to one of his bowling buddies, but we begged, and somehow he smiled and said yes. She came with Lassy and Fudgie at first—those three tumbling through the house like they owned it. One by one, old age quietly took the others, leaving Banban as the last gentle giant of that little pack. She was always indoors, but every chance we got, we’d walk her slowly outside, her tail still sweeping the air like she was young again. I used to be only a cat person—those scrappy puspins were my world. But Banban? She never once snapped or pushed them away. She’d let them curl into her warmth, even nap beside her massive paws. I can still see her lying there, patient, eyes half-closed, as if saying, “It’s okay, little ones. You’re safe here.” That quiet kindness was her language. She carried us through everything. Papa’s death in 2019 left a hole nothing could fill—except Banban, still there at the gate, still wagging like he might walk through the door any second. The pandemic locked us in; Typhoon Ulysses tore the world apart outside; she stayed steady. Through tears, fear, silence, she was the one constant heartbeat we could touch. Every time I left the house, I came back with pasalubong just for her—warm pandesal, bits of chicken, her favorite treats. The second the gate creaked, there she was: ears up, eyes bright, that full-body wiggle of pure joy. No matter how heavy the day had been, her welcome cracked me open with light. Then Britney and Cabs arrived—tiny tornadoes of chaos. They’d nip at her ears, climb over her like she was furniture. Banban never growled. She’d just sigh that big, dramatic sigh, shift her weight, and let them win. Big sister to the end. January 2026 stole her hind legs without warning. We carried her, supported her, walked her anyway—whispering, “Come on, girl, just a little more.” I prayed until my throat hurt, bargained with God, promised anything if she’d just stand again. We bought every medicine, tried every trick. But this week her light started fading fast. Last Wednesday, I looked into those tired brown eyes and knew: we were down to hours. I sat on the floor beside her, forehead to forehead. I whispered sorry—for not walking her one more time around the block, for not sneaking her one extra treat (even though she was already the most spoiled girl in the world). I thanked her for every single day she chose us, for guarding our broken hearts, for being the thread that still tied me to Papa. I told her she didn’t have to fight anymore. “It’s okay to rest now, Banban. You’ve been so brave. I love you. Go find Papa—he’s waiting.” The room went still. Birds sang outside like they knew. Time stretched thin. Five minutes later, she sighed one last soft breath and slipped away—peaceful, no pain, just… gone. The tears haven’t stopped. She was my last living piece of him. Papa brought her home; now they’re together again, I have to believe that. I begged her to come back to us somehow, in some new fur and wagging tail. Coming home now is the hardest part. The gate is empty. No happy bark, no smiling face pressed to the bars, no warm body leaning into my legs. The silence screams. But I thank God—for the gift of her, for the gentle way He carried her home. I’ll keep praying she finds her way back. We love you beyond words, Banban. Run free, our sweetest Ate. Chase endless zoomies, roll in fields of treats, rest your head on Papa’s lap. Watch over us, okay? Until we meet again. I miss you with every breath. But heaven denied Destiny decried Something beautiful died Too soon But I'm letting go I'm givin' up the ghost But don't get me wrong I'll always love you that's why I wrote you this very last song I guess this is where we say goodbye I know I'll be alright Someday I'll be fine But just not tonight

Life captured with camcorder 😎 Seedance 2.5 Prompt : Main Subject: Young Korean woman, early 20s, naturally attractive, realistic skin, minimal makeup, long dark hair loosely tied back. Wearing an oversized faded sage-green T-shirt, loose white lounge pants, white socks, and a thin silver necklace. Maintain her exact identity, facial features, hairstyle, and appearance throughout the entire video. Location: Quiet old Seoul residential neighborhood during a humid summer afternoon. Small apartment courtyard, laundry area, narrow concrete alleys, tiny corner convenience shop, potted plants, parked bicycles, overhead wires, low-rise buildings, and a peaceful local atmosphere. Style: Ultra-realistic early-2000s Sony MiniDV home video. Candid, nostalgic, imperfect everyday life. Heavy handheld camera, autofocus hunting, faded colors, soft contrast, slight motion blur, DV compression, natural exposure shifts, and subtle microphone noise. No stabilization or cinematic movement. She stands in a small courtyard washing clothes by hand in a plastic basin. She smiles softly while squeezing water from a shirt, then casually ties her hair back into a messy ponytail. She hangs the freshly washed clothes on a clothesline. A light breeze moves the fabric as the camcorder struggles to keep focus. She notices she's out of detergent and grabs a small tote bag. : She walks through a narrow neighborhood lane to a tiny local shop. She buys a small packet, chats briefly with the shop owner, and steps back outside. The camera follows casually from behind. Suddenly, summer rain begins. She looks up, laughs, and instead of running away, she starts spinning and dancing playfully in the rain with her arms stretched out as raindrops splash around her. : Completely soaked, she walks back through the alley smiling brightly, brushes wet hair away from her face, looks into the camcorder, waves with a genuine smile, and the recording abruptly cuts to black. Audio: Natural ambience only — rain, footsteps on wet concrete, birds, distant traffic, shop door bell, fabric fluttering, neighborhood chatter, and thunder in the distance. No music or narration. Goal: Feel like a forgotten Korean family camcorder recording from the early 2000s — spontaneous, cozy, imperfect, warm, and deeply nostalgic.

This is the pen of Leah, the morning after her first night's sleep here. Every black dot you see is a tick. They are black because they're full of her blood, and growing. (This is one of the reasons why I have only white bedding and floor coverings. If she was in newspaper you'd never see this). Poor little Leah is absolutely smothered in hundreds of ticks, and has fleas, too. Despite the old wives' tale, it's very rare for a hedgehog to have fleas. So rare in fact, that a professor of entomology who studies these sorts of things pays me £20 a go when I send him fleas. Additionally, hedgehog fleas are species-specific, so they can't infest or live on any other animal. A hedgehog has to be seriously ill or incredibly weak to attract ectoparasites such as ticks and fleas. And poor Leah is that weak - she is suffering from starvation, AND she has just given birth. A couple clearing out their shed found poor little Leah huddled with her babies in a pile of blankets, where she'd given birth. They live in army barracks, and their garden is tiny, with no suitable hedgehog habitat. Everywhere is kept 'neat'. Despite this, somehow Leah survived. With a shed substituting for a hedgerow and army blankets instead of leaves and moss, Leah managed to make a maternity nest and have her precious babies. But with no food, she was unable to produce enough milk to feed them, and one by one, the babies died. By the time she was found, out of the 7 babies she had given birth to, only 3 were still alive. I saw the bodies so could tell how many days they had survived. The lovely finders had no idea that things were so desperate for our hedgehogs, and that the dramatic decline in insects, due to the way we are 'tidying' our gardens, meant that they are now suffering starvation. Hedgehogs don't eat slugs and snails, they eat beetles and catapillars. Caterpillars make up almost half a hedgehog's diet, and their emergence is perfectly timed with peak baby season, the time of most need. We're in June, peak butterfly time, but how many have you seen lately? Like most people, the finders were completely unaware of how our bad destructive habits are impacting our precious wildlife, until seeing it with their own eyes. They are now committed to improving not just their garden, but the whole Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst, and went home armed with leaflets and kitten biscuits and determination. Meanwhile poor tick infested Leah and her 3 surviving babies are safe and warm here, and she's getting good nourishment and care. It's so important these tiny 5 day old babies don't fall victim to the ticks, as they would not survive. I can't use drugs or chemicals as Leah is far too weak and her babies far too vulnerable. So it's just a matter of cleaning her out every day - the very last thing to be subjecting a new mum to. Despite all her hardship, and me meddling, she's a wonderful mum and doing her best to nurture her sweet babies. Last night, her first night here, she ate an entire dish of special Mother and Baby food - enough normally for 2 or 3 hedgehogs. The sight of that empty dish absolutely broke me. It's too early for a prognosis on Leah and the babies, but already, because of them, her little part of the world is going to become more hedgehog-friendly.

#PursuitOfJade Ep 27 will definitely remain a favourite of mine. While Chang Yu's anger toward Xie Zheng was completely justified, he came clean and genuinely groveled. I loved that he proposed again- this time as his true self, with nothing hidden. I know some might wonder why Chang Yu forgave him so quickly. Here's why: regardless of his name or title, Xie Zheng has always been sincere in how he treated her. Deep down, she knew that the bond they shared- every high and low- was him, through and through. That title was never a privilege; it was a burden. And his hesitation to tell her came from knowing, as this episode made clear, that it would become her burden too. I also appreciated that he considered asking his mentor to make her a goddaughter. You have to understand the social hierarchy of that era- nobility rarely married commoners. Concubines, yes. Official wives, no. He didn't care about any of that, but he understood that she might. And she did- right up until they physically fought it out and had that raw, honest conversation by the river. And then came that moment- when he spoke of how fondly he remembered his time in Lin'an with her, how happy it made him. That truly reached her. Because what mattered most to Chang Yu was that he loved her home and her people the way she did. (my tears fell here too 🥹) This is why this show has been so consistently good from the start. The characters always have these gentle, meaningful conversations. It's okay to get angry- but in the end, what matters is that you talk it through.
