Dear Mr. Bourla, the mothers agree that gaslighting of world leaders to discourage their critical thinking in the discernment of the safety and distribution of your products should be a prosecutable international crime, if it is not already. You are well aware that you could address the truth of the failed uptake of your products by allowing these same parents their day in court. Instead you allow unaddressed concerns to fester, blaming them on parents speaking “anti-science rhetoric.” You could pull the shots to allow for lawsuits in unbiased courts to sort out the facts, but instead, in the U.S., you hide behind the skirt of the PREP ACT & then cry that you are treated unfairly! People are refusing vaccines because the safety testing for childhood vaccines described in @AaronSiriSG’s work has not taken place. In addition, severe information gaps & biases exist in the “Covid vaccines saved millions of lives” (slogan) public health data which was used by most of the medical/scientific community in C-19 case reporting data & Covid-19 vaccine case data. Provable in a court of law. What changed in the uptake of vaccines is NOT @SecKennedy, it is the fact that now the moms & dads finally have a voice to bring the medical cases of their children -injured by these products- to public light. Doctors & researchers also have a public space to speak the truth. The only missing piece is that you don’t allow the parents claims in court @AlbertBourla while simultaneously claiming we parents spout “anti-science rhetoric.” We would like nothing more than to take ‘you’ to court to challenge your claim. You do so knowing the parents will have to make near miracles happen to bring their children’s cases of vaccine harm into courtrooms due to the iron curtain of the PREP ACT. So if I am -as a parent of a son dying from his Covid-19 vaccine- libelous in saying that you are not telling the truth to world leaders & that your Covid-19 vaccine campaign hid safety data, then please take me to court. I would ask the court to compel you to stop making claims that I speak “anti-science rhetoric” & for you to pay for my son’s medical care in total -back care & his care until the time of his death. I would also ask that you must withdraw this product from the market/PREP ACT- allowing tort law cases (in plaintiff’s district) to determine vaccine injuries. I am confident in my research & knowledge. But you have to agree in writing to refrain from requesting gag orders of any kind or causing lengthy delays, agree to comply with subpoenas, follow local court rules & refrain from redacting requested or subpoenaed data. If you are prepared to let the C-19 Pfizer vaccine go up against this mother- & if you are confident in your statements that the parents are not speaking truth but creating a “religion” against your products, then take this patent to court. Now! Take me to court as I assert in writing as my son’s legal guardian that if my/our claims were to be allowed to enter the tort law courts in my own jurisdiction to counter the safety claims of the Pfizer vaccines he took in a Failure to Warn Litigation, that your claims of “anti-science rhetoric” would be disproven and my claims would be proven in a court of law. Again, I beg you. Put your money where your mouth is. Pfizer data that is currently not allowed to enter U.S. tort law courts due to the PREP Act should be allowed to be adjudicated.
