We need someone to tell players to stay on the ground in these situations. If he had stayed on the ground, play would have been stopped and VAR would've checked more precisely.

It's in part because it's Arsenal, in part because it's Havertz. Referee's never give him ANYTHING, it's actually jarring when you start to notice.
