The big issue in Sean "Diddy" Combs' appeal of his convictions and 50-month prison sentence is whether Judge Arun Subramanian wrongly increased the sentence because of fraud and coercion that shouldn't have been considered under a new sentencing guideline that prohibits judges from factoring in acquitted conduct. "There's no evidence that, even on the airplane, they were planning a so-called freak off. And moreover, there was no evidence in the record that there was a freak off other than Ms. Ventura's testimony," Shapiro said. "Wait, wait a minute. Pause, pause, pause. You just said there was no evidence other than a witness's testimony? Which is another way of saying there was trial evidence," said Judge William J. Nardini, a 2019 Donald Trump appointee. Shapiro said "not only was this argued to the jury in the summation, but the jury sent back a note asking for quote, 'Casandra Ventura testimony regarding Cannes and the events immediately following.'" "And we know that the jury rejected the notion ... that there was coercion and connection with that incident," Shapiro said. Nardini said he thought Shapiro was "just arguing a different thing, that the defendant did not have an intent for purposes of the Mann Act ... because then you were saying there was no evidence that a freak off even happened." The judge said Shaprio's argument is going beyond lack of coercion to "now you're saying they also found that none of this even happened. And I don't see how that follows." "That's not what I said," Shapiro said. "Well, you said there was no evidence that the freak off happened, except for Ventura's testimony. And then you were trying to argue the jury necessarily rejected Ventura's testimony. And I guess you're saying, because they rejected the argument of the government, that it was her testimony showed there was coercion, they must have rejected every single thing that Ventura said," the judge said. "That's not what I said," Shapiro said again. "Well, that was the implication. So let's back up," Nardini said. "Well that's not what I meant to imply," Shapiro said. "The whole Mann Act charges were basically an afterthought at this trial. They took up almost no time. The government relied principally on these two charts. And if you look at government exhibit 1402," Shapiro said as Nardini interjected. "I understand that, and you made that point very well in your brief. So isn't your argument really that what the government is doing here is mixing and matching. You're taking evidence from the claims that were acquitted to try to support the the Mann Act sentencing for purposes of the Mann Act, but none of that was presented to the jury for purposes of the Mann Act. Is that a summation of what, where —" Nardini said. "That's fair," Shapiro said. The judges have not yet issued their ruling. It could be at least a few weeks.

He explained that the majority of these companies have better credit ratings than most countries, plenty of cash, and are making long-term investments. It’s not a job for everyone, and it’s not easy to do. soobin said that when he used to work out before, his goal was to make his body thick & buff because he’s really skinny and he also wanted the fit of his clothes to look cooler but during his long break this time, he rewatched a lot of videos from debut till now and he doesn’t remember when exactly but during ‘the killa’ he wore a really tight outfit and his arms were really pumped at the time so he looked really rough and big…but he didn’t think that looked good on him. he said that off-stage, he thought he had a good body and it looked cool but he doesn’t think it looked good with the idol outfits they’d wear on stage and that made his dance moves look less complete and heavy so when he started working out again this time, he told them that he wants to maintain his size while making only his frame grow wider: 🐰 they told me not to say ridiculous things 🐿️ that is kinda a ridiculous thing to say…it’s like saying you want to lose weight on only your face but taehyun said that he understands exactly what soobin is saying because soobin’s arms grow really quickly and arms are what make people look buffer and if it’s a short-sleeved shirt or a tank top it looks even more like that; soobin said that although he’s been working out 4-5 days a week lately, his goal is to not get bigger but still make his body better!

But I also think he was perhaps envious of it. I will also say that this was the first step, not the last step. There’s more work for us to do here in the coming days and weeks because there’s a lot more to find out in terms of who made money off these deals.

Inspired: To me, there was never a debate. I knew that I’m always the best, but I think Skewmond is a good player. I wouldn’t say that he had any phenomenal series, though, this tournament. I think he, against T1, he still made a lot of mistakes. When he was stronger, he didn’t really try to fight enemies, and or sometimes just over committed a bit, and I think G2 won against T1 just by waiting for T1 to make mistakes. I think today, I think Skewmond played well in the team fights. I think every time he was on my screen and we’re like skirmishing and team fighting, I think he did a good job. But I think just like team wise, and like how they all played together as a team and use their jungler was wrong. And it’s hard to say, as I always said, that don’t really know who’s there like which jungler is good because you don’t really know what was his idea beyond the game plan, what his teammates wanted to do. But it just seems like they were not connected well enough, and on top of that, as I said, I think the drafts were not that great. So yeah, I think he’s a good player, but I think they need to work more on team synergy in order to actually pressure when they’re strong if they want to be like the best in the world, because I think they definitely can, but need to work a bit more. Trump praises France's Macron: Macron did a great job of hosting the G7. Really good. No games. He invited me about a week before. He said, “Would you do me a favor? Would you come to Paris? We'd like to honor you.” I viewed it as honoring the nation. But he said, “I'd like to honor you.” And he had some of the biggest people in Europe there and beyond. Nichols: I think we all have to send best wishes and hope her husband is okay. But she was completely ineffectual. And that's good because she had a lot of really strange ideas. She was not qualified for the job. She was not competent to be in that position. She should never have been nominated. I think this was one of the president's many nominations, where he was basically trolling the American public by putting in people that were really meant to kind of set everybody's hair on fire.
