Now you’ve won 4 on the trot, 2 today, and you’ve beaten two top 20 players. What does that do to your self belief?” Emma: “thanks for reminding me about that stat 😂. I think this week has been incredible. I’ve really enjoyed playing here and I think that really shows in my tennis and how I’ve been able to compete and stick out some really tough moments. Guys, I really need to get a few words off my chest: The last year has left a noticeable mark on me. I had to fight my way back from severe depression and a severe anxiety disorder into a regular everyday routine. It was the worst and the lowest phase of my life and to this date I still haven't reached my point of recovery. BUT, if you had asked me a year ago where I would see myself today, I would never, under any circumstances have dreamed that I would be on stage at Furovision, hosted by NordicFuzzCon , singing in front of a gigantic audience and getting in second place. This result shows me once again that it is right not to give up hope and to enjoy life to the full, even if you are at a low point from which it seems hopeless to get out. Better times will come and that's what happened to me. And that's why my special thanks go to my husband who never gave up believing in me, to my friends and all the people who congratulated me on my performance, to all my content enjoyers and supporters on all platforms, and above all to the Furry Fandom in general. Without this fandom, I would just be a simple clerk with chronic back pain. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for enriching my life so much. I hope for many more great and exciting years in this fandom with you and with lots of fluff. 💙🦊

lando's sweet message to all his fans ❤️ "just thanks for taking your time to come support me, to cheer me on. genuinely, like my motivation in my racing career was once i want what's best for me and i want to win. and over the years, it really turned a lot more into i want to win for you, for my team, my supporters, my friends. it's a much, much better motivation when externally people are there to support you and cheer you on. and it makes me much happier, the fact that i get to make other people have a good time and hopefully party on sunday nights and those kind of things. like the fact you can bring happiness and joy to others is way better than just trying to bring it to yourself. so the last few years i learned that a lot more and therefore i get to enjoy all of my experiences with you guys that are in papaya and in my yellow as well. it's so much more fun for me to get to share those experiences. and as much as i'm world champion, we're all world champions together because you supported me in that journey."

This is it! . 1 year ago today, I walked off the mound for the last time! . It took everything in my power not to cry immediately while leaving the field. My wave to the crowd was to my family. All 15 of them. I wanted them all there to experience it with me. When I looked up in to the crowd, and saw the excitement of my sons, parents, sisters and their husbands, my nieces and nephews…it was everything I could have ever wanted to end my career! . I got to rewrite my storybook finish! . Thank you Port Dover, Team Ontario, Team Canada, University of Notre Dame, Canisius College, Brantford Red Sox and the WMBL for molding me. The Yankees for being the only team to give me a shot in pro ball back in 2007…and promptly releasing me…ha! An enormous amount of thanks and gratitude to the Brewers for giving me a second chance, and the amazing people in that organization that stuck with me and helped launch my career. Milwaukee is always in my heart. Thank you to the wonderful organizations in St. Louis, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Colorado, and Los Angeles. Every one was an incredible stop along this journey. I will love Oakland and feel at home there forever. And as a Canadian kid, growing up a fan of the Blue Jays, it will always be surreal to me that I got suit up in that uniform and pitch for my hometown team. My love of Major League baseball started in Toronto…and will continue there for the rest of my life! . Thank you to all the fans, every coach, teammate, trainer, front office staff, clubhouse worker, therapist, friend, and everyone along the way. Your impact was immeasurable. . The longer I get into my coaching career the more I notice this… Kids need more ALONE time with the ball A world full of workouts, aau tournaments and moms & dads in their ear every day… What kids would benefit at least a little bit would be some quiet time with them and the ball You might not be able to tell here but I’m hyper focused on the ball in my hands. I can feel what finger it leaves off of and if it’s going to be left, right, short or long I can feel it when it leaves my hands. I keep trying to make small adjustments to get that perfect feeling release. How about that for a shooting drill? 🤫

Despite all the drama and chaos these past few months, I am still extremely proud of all the work I have done but it's time for me to move on. So, after 6+ years it's time to say farewell to the Dr Disrespect brand and begin a new chapter. I want to thank ThePeacePigeon for believing in me back in 2018 and giving me a chance to show my skills and creativity to the world. I want to thank the amazing and talented Thorsten Denk , Stev and MARKRENDERS . Together we won the title for 'Best Creative Team of the Year' in 2021. I want to thank Jesse Navarro & Dinka as it was a pleasure to work with both of you. And lastly, I want to thank you guys, the Champions Club, for your amazing support over the years! Since the end of November I've been working with Stirling Albion as an Opposition Analyst with a strong focus on set-pieces. We've already had some success with 3 goals from corners - more than the previous 4 months. This is thanks to the coaching staff who have been really receptive and relayed the messages to the players who have performed brilliantly on the pitch in the last few weeks. Thanks to Tony McMinn and the gaffer for the opportunity and the feedback so far. I'm looking forward to continuously improving and helping the club progress up the table. Below is a snippet of the analysis I've provided. An area of weakness in the opponent's set-up was identified - that's the area where the opening goal is scored from in last weeks win.

They have no shame, and this is happening all over Canada. Either the govt starts cracking down on this blatant fraud, or the food banks need to start asking for ID and only allow Canadians in need to get in. The current immigration trend is bringing in TONS of Africans these days... and they're doing a lot of exploiting in this country (including fraudulently claiming asylum and coaching each others on how to get away with it).

Retirement. 🥲 I wanted to get very VULNERABLE with my followers and friends on twitter. This was a VERY hard decision for me. I want to thank everyone that I've met in Valorant. It has come time for me to move on and pursue a different career path in the eSports realm of Valorant. To everyone that I've met, you guys have all helped me grow as an Individual and a player, whether you liked me or not, it built my thick skin. I am going to be moving on with my career, and stepping into the coaching side of things, while also finishing my AA in Kinesiology, and trying to get my degree in Sports Psychology. I really took the time to think, and had a great conversation with a close friend. And it's just TIME! I appreciate every SINGLE one of you! Love yall, Bryan "Shadyy" DeRouen.

Congratulations to every newly elected and re-elected Member of Parliament across Canada. While I didn’t win here in Oakville East, I remain deeply grateful. Thank you to everyone who put their trust in me with their vote, to the dedicated volunteers who gave their time and hard-earned money, to the first responders and victims of crime who fuel my resolve, and above all, to my wife and family - the foundation and driving force of my life. I’m especially thankful to Pierre Poilievre for recognizing my value and giving me the opportunity to step into federal politics. I’m not sure what’s next, but I do know this isn’t the end. For now, I’ll be going offline for a bit to reconnect and make up for time with my wife and children. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who supported me with kindness, encouragement, and belief.

The testing of athletes is very important... I feel that winning in sport and creating excellence in sport is a science. It's not just luck-based... There's a science to developing a nation's sports culture, and that is something that is my greatest honour – to do my small bit in giving back to the country." He adds, "Tennis is very close to my heart because it is the sport and the vehicle I chose, and it has given me my life... Through the wonderful legacy created at Bengal Tennis, I aim to establish a professional academy and infrastructure that reaches rural areas. This is part of what I’ve just taken on, and shortly, you will see me getting more involved in developing tennis across the entire country... I feel that there is a lot I can give back to enhance the sport of tennis. Before the open edition tomorrow I wanted to share more on how this new collection came to be. Last year we've all experienced a major shift in the algorithm. Our reach was severely impacted and art posts seemed to be gone in favor of junk/rage posts. Around June last year while sketching in my notebook I doodled a Mickey-esque character with its head squashed by an old monitor. I came up with a rough result in after effects and dismissed it quickly as a nice experiment and nothing more. A couple of months went by and I reopened the files. Added some sounds and once again, in my head it was just a little detour before I make a new piece. Showed it to my wife and she loved it. But still I wasn't sure what to do with it. It looks different next to my other pieces. Thought it's cool but moved on. End of the year was very hard on me, I won't elaborate too much here but If you've been following me you know I had a personal loss. For a while I couldn't even think of creating anything new. Then I reopened the files for this one, and slowly worked my way into refining it. And while doing so I started liking this style more and more. Figured an accessible new collection would work perfectly for this. Getting my art in more hands is the priority here. Seeing your replies that you can finally get an edition of mine really warms my heart and makes this whole thing worthwhile. Hope you'll take this journey with me to see this collection grow over time as I make more and more editions with a fresh take in the Vintage Distortions series. Thanks for reading all my mumblings.
