i love dollmaker and consider myself one of her biggest fans. but the "she's inspired by indian fashion" has always bothered me because there are MANY cultures. they just thought the aesthetic was pretty and that irritates me

I really hope changes are made with Dollmaker and Thieves Den. They could be very good, but they need to be a proper representations of Asian Culture. It might not be that deep for some people, but misleading depictions is how you get stereotypes.
