If someone is interested, like a year (or two?) ago Youtube changed their TOS and the word "Retard" stopped being forbidden. Since that day Phil bringed it back with pride and uses it daily. Also, in the USA the term "mental retardation" is officially and legally changed in 2013.

But in this country, it is okay to call any white person a cracker on Twitch and that is okay, also on top of that, you can say, "I hate all forms of white people and I wish them to die of cancer" and not get banned.
