Joe's Steak and Soda in Fishtown is where you get a cheesesteak. You have to get wiz, anything else isn't proper and if they don't know why they dont know the history. Wiz is used so they can still make kosher steak sandwiches and thats how it was invented. Joe's in fishtown!
