its so touching hearing vernon and minghao openly tell each other what they admire and appreciate about one another🥹 🐻‍❄️ we already talked about this, but for me.. i was so deeply moved by the8’s childhood interview. i’m not saying this because i’m trying to be funny. he was.. much more earnest about it than i was. because, to be honest, i worked hard as a member of seventeen, but i also just liked being with the members, and it was more of “happy to be together” for me. but for the8, from that young of an age, he wanted to be a star. and to achieve that, he came to korea at a young age. he faced things in a place where he didn’t speak the language, and he made it this far. seeing that childhood interview made me think about a lot of things. that’s why i really wanted to add it at the start of our v8 unit album. that was really moving to me. that’s how i felt. 🎱 i'm feeling moved right now because i’ve never seen vernon express himself like this before. like... “that’s how you felt?” and i’m so moved right now. while working on our v8 unit album, seeing vernon be so sincere about making this music made him look so cool and was very moving for me to see. and seeing him in pain, but also so happy, was nice to see. vernon’s just a kid who should always be able to do what he wants. that’s what reduces his chaos. seeing that, i couldn’t help but cheer him on beside him. it made me want to make sure he could do everything. 🐻‍❄️ i was so grateful for that, and i’m grateful for you providing this opportunity, and for trusting me and being with me. 🎱 we’re grateful to each other for many things. today’s been a bit cheesy, but i’m feeling moved right now. soobin said that when he used to work out before, his goal was to make his body thick & buff because he’s really skinny and he also wanted the fit of his clothes to look cooler but during his long break this time, he rewatched a lot of videos from debut till now and he doesn’t remember when exactly but during ‘the killa’ he wore a really tight outfit and his arms were really pumped at the time so he looked really rough and big…but he didn’t think that looked good on him. he said that off-stage, he thought he had a good body and it looked cool but he doesn’t think it looked good with the idol outfits they’d wear on stage and that made his dance moves look less complete and heavy so when he started working out again this time, he told them that he wants to maintain his size while making only his frame grow wider: 🐰 they told me not to say ridiculous things 🐿️ that is kinda a ridiculous thing to say…it’s like saying you want to lose weight on only your face but taehyun said that he understands exactly what soobin is saying because soobin’s arms grow really quickly and arms are what make people look buffer and if it’s a short-sleeved shirt or a tank top it looks even more like that; soobin said that although he’s been working out 4-5 days a week lately, his goal is to not get bigger but still make his body better!
