Phillip: I'm actually shocked that they didn't even wait until the week was done to pardon another fraudster. I mean, I somebody who already received a pardon and then went and did it again.

Phillip: Given that they are trying to rescind federal dollars to an entire state based on the premise that they're going to go after fraud. Does it make any sense to you that they would then, in the same month, pardon a fraudster who had already received a pardon and went back and did another offense?

Bartiromo: Joe Biden gave Fauci a preemptive pardon Do you believe that can be challenged? Was it done by an autopen? Rand Paul: A 10-year pardon on nonspecific crimes—I wonder whether or not that is the intention the constitution had when they gave the pardon power. But it has to be challenged.

Comer: What we determined was every pardon should be declared null and void. Ingraham: That's all well and good to say they are null and void. But, I'm a lawyer. So I'm going to ask you this. Is there really any legal means of challenging these pardons? I mean, I don't see any federal court that wants to get involved in what seems to be unknowable with the president's plenary pardon power. I think they are going to call it a political question and say we're not getting involved

Trump on the pardon of the former Honduran President: *Gestures behind him towards Rubio* I went to a lot of the people standing behind me and they felt that he was persecuted.. that’s why I gave him a pardon Rubio: I wasn't involved in those deliberations. I haven't looked at the case files. I haven't looked at the arguments made… I can't comment on a case that, frankly, I'm aware of, but not deeply familiar with. I don't want to comment on something that I haven't had a chance to be involved in reviewing the file and the rationale behind it.

Senator Rand Paul admits that he was “kind of surprised” Anthony Fauci actually invoked the Fifth Amendment given his broad 10-year pardon. Paul said the only other person he knows of who received such a lenient pardon was Hunter Biden. PAVLICH: “Were you surprised that he decided now to take the Fifth, given that you guys have had back-and-forths and testimony previously?” “And why do you think he did?” PAUL: “You know, I was kind of surprised.” “You know, he’s been granted a very broad pardon, a 10-year pardon.” “The only person that I know of in history who has gotten a pardon this broad has been Hunter Biden… maybe not the best category or company to keep.” “But yeah, I was surprised. He’s been given a pardon. All he had to do was show up and tell the truth.” “Even if he had deleted records against the law, deleted federal records during that 10-year period of time, all he had to say was, ‘Oh well, I forgot about it. Yeah, I did.’ And I’ve been pardoned.” “You know...the only way he was under any liability is if he lied about it.”

Phillip: Should Republicans stop? Moynihan: They actually did. In Indiana, they tried to do just that. Phillip: That is not what happened. They voted against it and they were targeted by the president. And while that was happening down in Florida, Ron DeSantis, said that he was going to redistrict his state Moynihan: That was a ceasefire.

Buttigieg: If they were really serious about drug trafficking, why did Trump pardon the former president of Honduras who was convicted on bringing in tons of cocaine. How did this criminal get a pardon from Trump? Did he contribute to the ballroom?

Mace: I use vulgar language frequently. I mean, the president does… the idea that I would call somebody an idiot, I have never done that in my life. And to me it was an incredible hit job. Collins: And who do you think was doing the hit job? Mace: Oh, it was the attorney general, Alan Wilson. I mean, literally. Collins: You think he conspired, like with the police? Mace: 100%

KIM: When Binance founder Zhao pleaded guilty to violating anti-money laundering laws and was sent to prison, Binance injected billions into Trump's family business and Zhao received a pardon. Is that a conflict of interest? BESSENT: I'm unfamiliar with any of that. I wear many hats. The pardon hat is not one of them KIM: But is it a conflict of interest? BESSENT: Again, I'm not going to respond to that

WOW 🚨 United States Pardon Attorney confirms the ONLY pardon that was physically signed, not by autopen, was Hunter Biden’s pardon He says Anthony Fauci was very worried about getting a pardon and reached out to make sure he got one, he immediately officially accepted it to make it legal once he got it “The only signature on pardons that you see with a wet pen is Hunter Biden, which was signed at Thanksgiving. All the rest are auto pen, which begs another question But most importantly, you can see these are email exchanges where Fauci, Dr. Fauci's lawyer, is saying, will there be pardons for Fauci? And then in the morning of January 20th, and just in time for the change of the presidency, Fauci got his pardon. And you have to accept under American law, the one thing the Supreme Court has said is you have to accept the pardon. So Fauci immediately had his lawyer say, I accept the pardon, and sent that in. So they were very aware that they needed that and they wanted it.” Crimes Against Humanity can’t be pardoned Also according to everything I could find, the presidential pardon system was never meant to be used the way Biden used it. Every pardon should be thrown out

Parnas: Well, I was told I had to get real, authentic Mexican food when I was out in L.A., so I made it a point to do that. And I went and got nacho fries, which is real and authentic. And then, number two, I mean, boots-on-the-ground journalism. I think there are a lot of people on the internet who think that I’m just an aggregator and a mouthpiece. But I wanted to show that I actually go on the ground and test things out myself and let people know really what is happening in this world. So I took a trip to Taco Bell.
