Jennings: You have supposed friends of the US saying you can't use these bases. Phillip:Are they not right to wonder why weren't they consulted before trump decided to wage a war? It sounds like you think it's in their defense. Jennings: It is in defense of all of Europe Phillip: Shouldn’t they have been consulted? Jennings: Consulted?
