Isn't crazy how states and cities like this are run by Democrats?

I always look at videos like this and think about how these people used to be kids; with dreams and innocence. How terrible how things go awry at some point.

There are nice places in Philly. Democrats are responsible for what you see in photo.

Honestly this reminds me of growing up in the projects in the early 90’s when the crack epidemic was peaking. Truly sad.

We spend BILLIONS of Dollars either by war or meddling in other countries affairs. Yet, our own country is literally falling apart before our very eyes.

This is incredibly sad and heartbreaking. They are somebody’s children and I can’t imagine the horror these parents must be feeling losing their offspring to drugs.
