I would be so embarrassed if this was my fanbase. Truly never seen anything like this in all of sports.

Everyone claims this is a basketball city but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The Sixers are probably a very distant 3rd in this city. The gap between them and the Phillies/Eagles is greater than the gap between them and the Flyers.

This is a bad argument actually. If the phillies lost consistently in the playoffs it would be the same thing. 5 years ago CBP didn’t have any fans and tickets were less than parking.

And the team constant fails in the postseason

not sure it's a fair comparison. prior to two years ago, the phillies hadn't been in a postseason since 2011. fans are still hyped off recent unexpected success, whereas sixers have made it consistently to some level of postseason for like 7 or 8 years. eagles probably more apt.
