People who buy near malls thinking their property will become premium are absolutely correct, but their life becomes miserable as they need to wade through traffic to even get to their home

..पुणे .. ट्रॅफिक.. परिस्थिती खूप वाईट आहे.. सुट्टी असो वा नसो.. दीर्घकालीन उपाययोजना करणे आवश्यक आहे.. सर्वप्रथम वाहतुकीचा अभ्यास करणे गरजेचे आहे.. वाहतूक केव्हा व कुठे जास्त असते, कोंडीची ठिकाणे शोधणे, त्याप्रमाणे उपाययोजना करणे.

The mall was built senselessly without any regard to size of approach roads or the fact that all traffic is flowing to the service road of a major highway. Hell even the parking isn’t fully built. Just a money minting machine of retail- reflects 🇮🇳 well.

No one is interested to develop the service roads .. but everyone jumps in to provide higher fsi
