I actually enjoyed this scene on my initial watch. It shows the horrors of war in a widescale from the soldier perspectives, and they're all like "Woah, okay, too powerful. Let's never use that again."

for once i wish a modern gundam protagonist had the balls of anavel gato or even heero. "yup i have nukes and i killed people. so what?" do they all have to meltdown over feelings when they kill the enemy?
