Saying she forgot how to be Thai because she spelled it incorrectly. First of all, if there's anyone who has not forgotten her Thai roots, it's Lisa. She often mentions being Thai. She loves your country so much that in everything she does she incorporates Thai elements or use anything Thai as much as she can. I know these "critics" are just a very very small number of Thais who, for whatever reason that I don't understand, couldn't or refuse to be proud of her and instead worship those who calls them the M word but like I can't help but question it. I don't have the copy of the video now but she actually addressed this specific matter there. Someone asked how and why she thought of SaWaDiKa to be spelled like that and basically she said that the main purpose of that is so that the word will be easier to pronounce especially for her global audiences and so it will sound as closely as possible to the way you Thais pronounce it. Because imagine if it was spelled correctly, foreigners who aren't familiar will most likely pronounce it as "sa-was-dee" instead of "sah-waht-dee".
